Already been doing a routine of my own at the gym for years. A few months ago a guy came up to me and said he has been watching my workout for a few weeks, and noticed I generally do four sets but I do eight sets on certain muscles and he wanted to know why.  I was honest and told him those are the muscles I use the most for fucking so I double up on the sets.  He was speechless at first, but then said he would watch even closer. Lol

This sounds interesting....lol

Newbies in the gym are the same as they are here.  They watch and learn from the vets, and when they get up the nerve, they ask questions.

FOR CG:    

Work abs 30min 4 days a week.  (I do abs Monday through Thursday, 5:45 am, then 3 days off to allow the cells to recover and build).  Lower abs - leg lifts, scissors, kick-outs.  Upper abs - isolation crunches, both reclining and hanging.  When you have good ab strength you can thrust back and the girl doesn't have to do all of the work.  Consequently, they can last longer because you are sharing the work.  

FOR MISH:

4 days a week:  Double sets on Pecs, Anterior Deltoids, triceps, glutes, quads.  Regular workout on rest of upper and lower body muscle groups.  Allows you to stay in mish for extended periods (45min) without putting your weight on the girl or experiencing muscle fatigue.  Essentially holding yourself in a push-up position above the girl so she can still move freely.

There are a few DVDs out there featuring planks, kettle bell swings, etc. All great workouts, and the best incentive of all to keep at it, right?

Hitting the gym is the best way to get into shape, lose weight, and improve your health.  Plus that, it improves your libido, and the ladies you see will pick up on that, including those you are meeting for the first time.    

Just dropped, and did 25 push-ups.  100 a day works wonders.

It's funny the number of mainstream news websites that reported on this. But it seems they all just repeated Pornhub's press release, since none of them mentioned that it includes watching hardcore pornography clips. You're supposed to synchronize your movements to the (very fit) pornstars on screen.

And sex is an important exercise and a favorite of mine.
