"Rarely use venery but for health or offspring … ." —B. Franklin

(I don't remember seeing this posted. Sorry if it's a duplicate.)

"In an article in the journal European Urology, Jennifer R. Rider, assistant professor of epidemiology, and colleagues found that an ejaculation frequency of 21 or more times per month at ages 20–29 years or 40–49 years is associated with a significant, 19 percent and 22 percent decreased risk of a Prostate Cancer diagnosis, respectively, compared with a frequency of 4 to 7 times per month in adjusted analyses."

It doesn't specify HOW to achieve ejaculation so I asked my doctor to give me a prescription for 21 BBBJCIMs per month. I went to the clinic and a rather unattractive, overweight nurse applied a rather lackluster BBBJCIM, spit and left immediately. She didn't even give me a tissue. As I was leaving, I peeked in another room and saw another patient getting an incredibly enthusiastic BBBJ from a naked 10+ nurse, with lots of extras going on. I stopped at the desk to ask why THAT guy got the hottie and I got the frumpy one.

old Ben got a lot of mileage out of the first of those two exceptions

From what my studies and intuition indicate, he indulged quite often during his stay in France during the Revolution.  Also, Ben was a member of the team that was supposed to write the Declaration.  That responsibility mostly was delegated to TJ, the youngest member of the team, while Ben and John (Adams) caroused and indulged liberally in the nightlife of old Philly while TJ pined over not being with his wife, who was pregnant at the time.  Historical accounts suggest they arranged and paid for her transport to Philly, which placated him, and allowed them to claim a share of the credit in writing that historical document, at least at the time.

Regardless of history, I've read many articles that suggest that ejaculating at least five weeks per week has a correlation with lower prostate cancer incidence.  Use it, or lose it is implied...I've never read anything that refutes it.  Also, there was controversy back in the '90's when a study indicated that for men to merely see/view a woman's naked breasts lowered his BP, and perhaps heart attack/stoke/cardio vascular disease risk.  The medical industry at the time choked on itself trying to disprove this heresy, but I was never convinced.   Personally, I enjoy looking at as many tits as possible always, if for no other other reason that there are few sights more enjoyable.  If there are health benefits as well as aesthetic and sexual, so much the better!
