Again Ray Bradbury .. I think he knew many muses :)

Can someone tell me Why...?

I can fuck a stranger, for money, for the whole world to see, and label it "Porn", and it's legal.

IF-  I fuck a stranger, for money, for private use only, they label it "Prostitution", and it's illegal.

IMO.

The power of the government to regulate sex in all forms, spurred on by the army of prudes and "true believers" in the electorate, and the power of government to tax, spurred on by greed. Our government may be more sexually intrusive in people's private /sexual lives than any other government in the world.

We simply need a government that stays out of our pants (and skirts) and our bedrooms. No regulation, no taxation, just personal choice.

It's funny how we think of prostitution as the "World's Oldest Profession", yet I think perhaps that is incorrect. Politics may trump prostitution in that regard.

I would say-if you keep good things just to yourself- then you are   very selfish:)

I would like to make an analogy -  as we know public arts are on display in museums.. and everybody  may see those public arts  and benefit from  those public collections - That is PORN

But there a lot of arts seating in private collections
and generally speaking  -public is not happy about that - we want to see.. we want  to have an access to those items kept privately
Now , as we all know, family collectors making this art accessible to the public yet not donating to public museums - they do not want to donate those privately held items to public museums.

- same and high-end companions =private collection.

Let now I will try to parallel it to the fact  WHY private collections were banned in Social Russia?  May be by the same reasons private adult companionship with sex services exlusevly is banned? may be many countries  systems embrace a social justice ? hhahah

How to put it - Porn- it is public "art" - now I want to ask -
how many of you would go again and again again  to  Guggenheim ?-

I would say  not many  as it is - boring!!  as it is  a PERMANENT  public collections. Same with sex services offered in big batches with same attributes - I wonder and how your gentlemen able to choose women if they are all as one on agency sites? as well  even independents following this shablon and losing individualism in representing who she is as a person and how different she is?

( it is why I saw posts here that some hobbyists just tied and all the same and same old same  that some even want to exit hobby and some do exit hobby - just nothing new - same as you can not watch porn more then .. 30 min?
So porn - is public art and is legal and accessible because as Juvenal stated in ancient Rome times -" panem et circenses" (bread and games)

True art collector would not go  to spend a countless of hours in Guggenheim..- he would look for  an exclusive piece of art. and for "porn" of public museums
BUT exclusive private sex service is illegal - just as  banned as private art collections under the socialism.
Porn is ok -  yet exclusive sex for sale is banned. Is not it is just socail justice rules which prevent those who have money to do what they want?

Let s take a look at why  Russia banned private art collections back then?
 Under the socialism?

 Social justice is the answer.

So sex services being illegal may be just an act of social justice?

What if  government systems, political science and legal organisations of those countries which prohibiting the selling of the sex just based on principals of the socialism?

Do you see WHY now sex for sale is LEGAL STILL legal in Westen state as Nevada? It is your legacy United states - it is how it was -capitalism   I think it it why it is legal in Nevada - by the historical reasons  when social equality laws were NOT applying .

And I truly do believe that this state -Nevada' laws about prostitution  is just a monument  to history of the Inited states - it is also "a museum" of your history .. however over time system moved close to mixed economies and principals of social justice were more embraced.

Time to recover   capitalism?

You can think about my this little essay just and passage to comedy talk .

But  knowing how hypocritical human nature is -may be prostitution is  just illegal by  reasons why in Russia private art collections  were banned and illegal

I guess I just love  art and am an artist in everything I do.

I would not agree to display my "art" in "Guggenheim.".. for  a public eye.:)

Byt he way - it is why most porn actresses earn per day.. how much? from 1000 to 3000?
Per day of hard  F .. yet exclusive escorts 3000 for  3 hours.

Can SUCH services become public?
Many would wish that to become reality.( as many want and Rubell paintings to be publicly available)
but thanks god it is in  a private collection so not cheap.

And  it is why  it is not in interests of providers prostitution be legalised - it well devaluate then

legalisation is in interests of buyers  and NOT  a sellers.
 That to speak  just pragmatically.
I can not understand why women want that be legal?

All that we need - those women and men who want have it - just trust to each other  to satisfy  safety concerns and choose not public service frombut  from
"private collection" - then we will be safe . I think t is ONLY safety matters and LE which bothers so many people here.
Answer is - play smart with people from "private collections"
.( totally understandable why we go SOMETIME to  public permanent collections of "Guggenheim" as well .. yet if we want to enjoy art we will seek for something that is hidden and not easily accessible.
That I guess why you gentlemen love to look for new "talents" or those "talents" which not easy for you to reach.  If all be legal I think there be less motivation to do it - finally many of you just have at hime Pussy . You do comefor us for the ART .

Love to you all

that force personified as a woman, the source of creative inspiration and companionship.

From the Hetaera of Ancient Greece, to the Geisha of feudal Japan, to the modern day, our world has been made richer and better by the our lovely courtesans.

Courtesans feature prominently in literature from Homer's Iliad to modern romance novels. The coourtesans of 18th century Paris inspired the greater part of the impressionist art movement. Today, our ladies inspire so much of our literature, art and music.

Is there anyone who cannot identify a great song inspired by one or more of our muses? Here's a great one from the 80's:

“To feed your Muse, then, you should always have been hungry about life since you were a child"
 Ray Bradbury
Again Ray Bradbury .. I think he knew many muses :)

And I got it! Otherwise I hear BBBJ or CFS. MasterZen and Pavliena opened up a new show, new horizons. Thank you guys for that. Xo

not just about us - women .
no need to say flattery - yet  share your personalities.. pls.
we just  are happier as human being and life smiling to us and we smiling to life and to every man who noticed us - WHEN AND IF - when do believe in our men..  when we are proud of them and when we may have conversations
Not all men are talk active and extraverts...yet man can write precisely what he feels and express himself ..
.. men are more private people then we are women - yet it is soo rewarding for us to know that you are gentlemen out there  and that you do  have many interests and you do have and  humor, and compassion and sharp brain and knowledge of many subjects .. we just WANT YOU TO SWEEP US AWAY with your personalities .. dear man. Not with your money! Not with your inches!!
We are adult companions and have soo much to do together with our males - when we believe in them - life is  happy, shiny, and we have so much energy then.

BBJ and  other abbreviations then no more abbreviations - yet memorable moments and adult fantasy and passion sharing life

The legality of porn has been a long battle.  "Obscenity" can still be illegal, though even the Supreme Court couldn't really define it -- something to do with "community standards."  Community standards have changed.

Although porn publishing is commerce, it has that special 1rst amendment protection -- like magazines and newspapers.

General commerce, however, isn't considered expression.  So yeah, they can make prostitution illegal, or cigarettes illegal, or regulate just about any other aspect of commerce.

So the freedom of porn publishing and the regulation of commerce both come from explicit statements in the US Constitution

Another view of the changing landscape is that the remaining sodomy laws in the US were invalidated by the 2003 U.S. Supreme Court decision Lawrence v. Texas -- though most states had already removed them.

So now it is legal to do for free what still may be illegal to do for money.  Stupid commerce clause

Both of messages are interesting reading. Xo

Here's another example:  If you're 18, you're legally considered an adult and must pay your taxes, register for the draft, and be held responsible for any crimes you commit...but you're not allowed to drink alcohol.  The only hope for this country is for people to stop voting for our ridiculous 2-party system.  Out with the republicrats, in with the third parties.

Filming porn is NOT "legal (a lot of places)".

In the USA, filming porn is only legal in California and New Hampshire. Otherwise it's prostitution!  There are adult industry companies and individuals who film porn outside of these two states, but risk getting arrested and production shut down.

Regarding the topic of porn vs prostitution, read the article I've enclosed.  Although it was written in 2005, it is still relevant and accurate.

out of California and New Hampshire?

but that does not mean they are legal, it just means people are willing to take the risk of prosecution in exchange for the reward of high income.

I don't frequent most of these, but I have noticed that a lot of the content on the ones I do frequent are from Europe. Don't know it it's legal or illegal, but they aren't from CA or NH.

Following your logic, I could list several hundred Providers from around the country and ask if they were all from rural Nevada counties.

I wonder how much time and money government spends rounding up and arresting PornStars?
What PornStars have been arrested for prostitution?

Thank you for the Clarification!

Common myth that filming porn is legal.
Most porn is filmed in Miami these days...not legal there
Brazzers are in Vegas
But laws in Vegas are you need 2 licenses..one to shoot film from office of film and an adult film license which is awarded based on PROPERTY. They are extremely limited and cannot be traded or sold to other people they are based solely on your building which must be in an approved (usually industrial) zone.
Needless to say these licenses from  are worth a fortune

Perhaps porn is legal to limit people involved in transaction? Xo

It's because the (majority) of the people in this country of USA are still stuck with a Victorian mentality when it comes to sex.

Blame it on the God and gun Bible thumping Hillbillies still trying to legislate morality in the 21st century!

It took a long, long time but finally there's a ray of hope.

First it was gay marriage.

Then legalized weed.

Now Transgender Bathroom.

Next stop prostitution

You have to PAY THE "PIPER"  all about control and money all the way to the top.  IMHO

GaGambler286 reads

It's not just the Bible thumping crowd that keep prostitution illegal. Feminism is at least as responsible as religion.

Case in point. Go to any Latin American country, they are all dominated by the Catholic Church, yet almost without exception every one of those countries has managed to find a way for the Church to coexist with legalized prostitution and in every country where legalized prostitution is under attack its the feminists and soccer moms leading the charge, not a bunch of religious zealots.

Skyfyre450 reads

I can use the same argument in respect to Western Europe where feminism is light years ahead of the USA.

In most of Latin America prostitution is NOT legal, just decriminalized and/or tolerated with a blind eye from authority because these poor countries have much bigger problems to take care of.

It is in Western Europe that prostitution is REALLY legalized (i.e. the storefronts of Amsterdam, the FKK in Germany, etc...) and regulated

GaGambler403 reads

There are laws on the books in every Latin American country regarding prostitution, quit being a moron.

and even in "enlightened" Western Europe the people trying to "recriminalize" prostitution are much more likely to be feminists and soccer moms than religious zealots.
