Please do NOT sign up via ads you see online (Craigslist, Backpage, etc) as these are cam studios who have account with the above listed cam hosting sites.  So if you cam through a studio and not direct with the cam hosting company, the studio will take a cut of your earnings.  The cam hosting site already deducts between 40%-65% of your earnings, so you don't want to give away more of your earnings to a studio!

I didn't understand your second question.  If you meant you want to advertise being an escort to your cam clients, DON'T!  The cam hosting sites frown upon this, and many times will ban you.  They do have moderators that view your cam shows, so they know exactly what you're doing.  There are some cam models who offer dinner date raffles, but they must clearly state these dates are non-sexual!  

If you have a website and a large following, your best option are webcam shows via Skype.  No one is monitoring you, and you aren't having to share your profits with a cam hosting company.  This is for women who have a large fanbase.  The reason cam hosting sites take such a large percentage of your profits, is because they have a huge fanbase, and they promote you on their site.
