It depends on the skill level of the giver of the BBBJ. If she's really good and knows how to bring a guy to heaven with proper edging technique as well as paying attention to "the boys", I find that a properly given BBBJCIM is better than covered FS. However, IMHO, very few providers are experts at giving a BBBJ the way I like em. They do a good job, I climax, etc., but there are a select few that I have met who are true artists at the task. As one of the "old guys" here, I often have a hard time finishing without "skin on skin" contact, so starting off with a BBBJ, moving on to CFS and then back to BBBJ to finish is a pretty common for me.
Talk about a false choice. The world I want to live in is one where no one would even have to consider choosing between a BJ or CFS. From my perspective, I love partaking in both. CFS is fine, but I lose so much sensitivity that I rarely can finish that way. I can feel snugness and heat, but I can't feel smoothness or wetness. Those last 2 are the turn-on for me.
Some women are really good at FS, some at BJs, and some at both. I'll take whatever is better, though generally prefer the silkiness of a sexy mouth, lips, and tongue. Some providers don't have a clue about how to do one satisfactorily. They are all over the place with actions that do nothing but distract.
Happily, I've found that many providers are indeed skilled at doing it gracefully and will respond well to coaching during the act. In my case, I keep asking them to slow down the frequency of the back-and-forth. I'm a 0.5 Hz guy -- whereas many gals tend to be high-frequency oscillators!
