If it does not feel right.

Safe sex is the responsibility of both parties.  If a provider does not cover for FS then the hobbyist should take the initiative and cover up.  Some providers will check before doing BBBJ, the check covers things like odor and unusual appearances (such as sores, pimples, ect).  Other than odor and sores, which are obvious, the other "checks" are often guesses.  But if a provider "guess" that she needs to do CBJ instead of BBBJ then it is her right to do so, the hobbyist has an equal right to point that out in her review.

How do providers decide who they cover (with a rubber) and who they won't? I've read reviews and subsequentally hired providers who covered their clients in the review but not me, whether it was BBBJ or the nookie itself. Is it a judgment call based on appearances or are some providers just inconsistent with protection?

Also, has anyone ever been "burned" by a provider?

To the providers: when you're burned by a client, do you notify, at the minimum, your regulars? Or are you just mum and extra protective when there is "trouble in paradise"?

Honesty is appreciated.

I have been recently falsely reviewed 2x as having given covered bjs.

I dont give covered unless specifically requested, and that hasn't happened for at least three plus years.  In this case I'm the one being burned by fake reviewers who didn't even have it together enough to submit  false reviews based on my profile.

Submitting "reviews" for membership status.  Get away with it enough times, they become a "credible" reviewers. Don't know if these are even guys or girls doing this.  But at any rate, would mislead YOOOOOOO

last girl i saw had quite a few good reviews, and i complimented her. she gave me a funny smile, so i asked, "are they all true?" she started laughing - "oh, my god, no!" she said. "some of them i've read and thought, wow, that sounds like fun! i wish i had been THERE!"

so we examined her reviews and decided that if all of TER reviews are similar to hers:

--1/3 are accurate and true within editorial limits.
--1/3 might have come from actual meetings, but should have been written to penthouse forum, and bear only a remote likeness to the actual meeting.
--1/3 are total fiction, and the provider and hobbyist have probably never met.

I sometimes feel guilty because I feel I have had a better time. I can be quite the selfish lover. A couple of times, I blew my load (love that expression, sorry to borrow it boys,) before my client, and was not very useful until I recovered. Something about RCG and my favorite toy, and well, I wish my apt. Was soundproofed.

We need to meet Michelle!  RCG and my lil toy always brings love.

I review my reviews and report bogus ones ASAP to TER staff.. so far I have only received two bogus ones and the first one was promptly removed.

There were differences between the two instances:

I was able to identify the first bogus reviewer to staff as someone seeking to damage my reputation based on his personal vendetta AND he gave me really, really low markings.  I have no clue as to the identity of the second bogus reviewer and his markings (while not as high as on my legititimate reviews) were not unreasonable.

I don't know what other ladies think .. but I prefer that accurate information is available.  I want a good time - potential clients want a good time... I think accurate information is key to this good time!

Hugs, Tara

You're talking about contracting an STD? I would hope that would not happen, but if it did, of course, I would have to notify my clients! How could I not? These men, mostly, have wives at home, and there's a responsibility and trust level that goes into provider/client relationships. Many ladies are probably afraid of losing their clients if that happened. I would rather feel that I knew they'd stick by me, because, after all, we all know that there's that possibility.

All Providers reserve the right to cover, if they feel it's best.

During my early years in the military, getting gonorrhea, chlamydia, or herpes was common, even expected, if you were out there. They're curable, or at least tolerable in the case of herpes, so they weren't showstoppers if guys got either one of those. But the fact that providers do what they do for a living makes me wonder how they face these issues. It seems like my buddies and I either got burned ourselves or knew someone who had, at least every few months.

To answer your second question, yes, I would certainly tell all my recent clients if I got an STD. Since I obviously got it from one of them (I have no current SO at present), they all need to be checked.

For your other question, I am very consistent: I always offer BBBJ with rare exception.

My grounds for CBJ would be: 1)if the guy requests CBJ (extremely rare), 2)hygiene reasons (which has never occurred), or 3)if I saw a suspicious STD marking--at that point the session would be terminated--no BJ, no nookie.

So, like you, I am curious when I read reviews with mixed CBJ and BBBJ services.

It can't be for safety concerns--then there would always be CBJ. It couldn't be for hygiene, could it--I'd hate to think there were that many unshowered men seeking appointments. LOL.

So, that leaves the chemistry/intimacy reason.

Of course a provider has the right to do a CBJ for any reason. But, from a business standpoint, isn't it a bit of a slap in the face to give a CBJ when half the reviews state BBBJ? It's like saying, "Hey, I really don't like you that much, you're not very special--you have to have a CBJ."

I have better chemistry with certain clients than with others--that's normal. But I try to give everyone a certain basic level of fun service, which includes a BBBJ. I want all my clients to leave with a smile on their face and make an appointment for next month.

So, ladies (please use aliases if you must)--what does go on in your mind to offer BBBJ to one guy, but not to the next?

I have no reviews here, but I am inconsistant so therefore feel "qualified" to answer.  ; )

There is always a certain level of risk that we are willing to take or we would not be here.  However, it is about MINIMIZING risk, and this can change from day to day.

I prefer CBJ's, but some gents really can't maintain with a coat (oh, I know most will SAY they can't!)
At this point -
how healthy is MY mouth?

Do I need dental work?  How long ago did I floss, and did any of my gums bleed?  (BBBJ just after flossing increases risk)  Did I bite my cheek eating recently?
ETC.

Just one good reason why YMMV.

2cents, take it or leave it... won't buy you much either way.

and when reviewing a lady whom was kind enough to honor my request, I always state that I asked for the cover. I do not want to turn away business for her that prefer bare back.
