The skills are always there, the ability to carry them out may wain.  Two things you need to do:

1.  Attitude is key.  If you think you are a old fart, you are an old fart.  
2. Better living through chemistry. Hit thee to thy doctor, and be frank.  Let him or her know what is happening or not happening with the plumbing.  If your doctor doesn't seem to care, get another doctor.  Sex is part of life, and without it, we are not whole.  

gets older, say 60 since this is the board for this, what is recommended to maintain his skills/abilities in the bedroom? Looking for specifics not just the general eat right, exercise more, etc.

Somebody who understands your motor needs some warm up time and is affectionate, caring and understanding of your needs and desires and doesn't put any pressure on you to rush or to have a stellar performance.  (if you do great but if not, you shouldn't be made to feel like its a let down either).


The right ladies know how to make the experience last longer before the pop, and in a few very special instances, have even gotten me to a second round within an hour or hour and a half. That's why the right lady is so important. It's no longer just about sex!

I've been on these for about three years, and I think they have kept this almost 60 year old on an even keel.

Don't underestimate exercise and rest, and keeping your weight and blood pressure in line.

Stay hydrated too.  We let our organs rot from not enough water.  Four glasses a day, minimum.

simple..use it or lose it..at age 60 or above this is even more important..the more often you use it..the better you feel..and the better you feel about yourself..

It will take up the providers entire day with LE investigation, coroner reports etc. Bowel and bladder control also become an issue at such time, thus adding to the provider's troubles.

I don't know if you are overweight but too much weight and no exercise plus eating a lot of fatty foods are real problems when it comes to enjoying sex, or sleeping good, or feeling good, or even feeling good about yourself. I know this because I took control of myself 2 years ago and feel like a guy 20 years younger. No BS. Its hard work but I now run 2 to 3 miles 3 times a week,  workout with weights, lost 65 lbs.,. Last checkup was awsome. Anyway, you might try these things couldn't hurt and it most assuredly will help. If nothing else you will gain self confidence and stamina. Plus live longer.

lost over 30 lbs. in the last 3 years and dropped several pants sizes. I spend more time at the gym and more importantly, more time reading labels on food containers. For me, it has been about portion control in addition to the new exercise regime I have been following. I also get 7-8 hours of sleep each night and stay hydrated by drinking lots of water.
