Very subjective. I suspect I'm more generous with looks ratings as a 64 year old Monger than is my cool 28 year old photographer Nephew. But the difference in my 8 - 10 performance ratings is noteworthy I assure you.

That said, the difference between an 8 and a 10 for looks OR performance on TER is completely arbitrary.
Of course, scoring will vary slightly from hobbyist to hobbyist. And averages are less useful with a provider who has scores all over the map (say a 6, a 10, three 8s and then a 9) or just a few reviews. But by and large, TER score are meaningful, and someone with consistent 10s is going be better then someone with consistent 9s, almost always.
and by that I mean the whole package...both physically and attitude based on all my research. The numerical scores you've listed are all irrelevant IMO because there is very little difference between them and are based someone else's opinion.

... it depends. Suppose the 9/9's max score is 9 based on her profile, but what she does do she does very, very well. Then I might favor the 9/9.

for most older guys, service trumps looks. When you're on the north side of 50, there are very few 30-year-old providers that don't look pretty good.
I notice from the reviews that many of the younger guys value looks over service, so if I was younger, I might have a different opinion, but at this point, 8/10 for sure.
It is so subjective and inconsistent (numerous guys with different preferences and values are using the same system) that it can be at best a useful but unreliable rating. Case in point: a while back a new provider seemed to take everyone by storm, getting 9s and some 10s, etc and it turned out to be a sham (and maybe also a bit of a scam) among others that were even phonier at the time. I was originally attracted because some of the high raters were veteran players, and I didn't think they would play games. Well, I'm not sure what happened but the air went out of that balloon very quickly -- were the guys seduced by expectations of an Oriental goddess? Well, I doubt it but it seemed phony to me and I stayed away. The goddess faded away quickly and has not returned.
I'm not claiming to have perfect judgment -- the person in my memory who was the most outstanding of all time, I gave only a "7" to. Inflation grades have set in and I have changed too. Nevertheless, the numbers system is still useful if used as only one of several clues to what we hope will be a memorable experience.

Also, there is something to be said for experience.

experience, yes...some of us have been pleasing men longer than some of the youngin's have been alive 
there is a LOT to be said for experience. From my discussions with providers, the only thing they like about young, inexperienced guys is that they finish fast. If a provider is horny and not just in money-making mode, she will opt for the experienced guy. She gets her O AND the dough.
photos. If the reviews don't mention "accurate photos" then that is what I go by.
By reading the reviews juicy details, I can determine if the performance number is justified and that she would be a good experience.
