I actually don't like the flavor of unrefined coconut oil. I do cook with refined coconut oil, all the coconut flavor is removed. I actually didn't like pina coladas because of the coconut flavor until I had fresh ones down in a Mexican resort town. After that I love them.
I don't think you get the same benefits as unrefined raw organic coconut oil

most grocery store now routinely carry it.....in NYC for example it's easy to find at Fairway, Whole Foods and Trader Joes to name just a few.
You can order it on Amazon as well. I use it all the time. I recently had one of my favorite regulars tell me he was allergic to coconut after I covered him with it for a massage. Like the 3rd time or more that I had put it on him!!!! Something to mention guys! Oh how I adore him. Funny guy
It stains bedding/lingerie terribly. Other than that it is a wonderful lubricant
I thought a set of sheets was ruined after a provider went heavy on the coconut oil, but I tossed them right into the wash right after our session (I just used Tide) and everything came out. Now I save the oil for special occasions.
I use it for everything ! Massage , skin, cooking , hair .....
