I will be going to the DR for the first time in a couple of weeks, staying in Punta Cana. I was wondering if anyone here had any suggestions for ladies in the area, either indies or agency. Not really sure how it works over there and I don't entirely trust what I've read through online research. I'm hoping you guys in the TER community can lead me in the right direction.

your immunizations first and start on Truvada and an anti-viral. This combination gives you 99% protection but can cause liver damage if you don't stay hydrated, which people are often lax about in tropical climes.

People are way too paranoid.
The only Immunization shots I go were when I was a baby lol.
I've been in some crazy places and never got any shots to prevent anything. I don't think about those things. And I'm extremely healthy.
