I can tell you the reviewers only board is like that: fully of the same kind of hidden forbidden mysteries as the ladies rooms in the movies where I grew up.

So I just noticed this today.  There is a Providers, Agency and Reviewers only board that is unmoderated.  What does this exactly mean?  If your allowed to say what happens here?  Well I have 6 more reviews to go to be able to at least request access.  I better get to it.

Unmoderated means TER does what it wants.

I will echo the sentiments of others, you really aren't missing much, unless of course that board has changed a LOT for the better since the last time I was there a few years ago.

BTW, ten reviews is not the only prerequisite for access to that board, you also have to have a strong board presence and Admin grants access at it's own discretion. I am still amazed at all the spineless BSU's who have been allowed on the board who just can't wait to pass along things that are at least supposed to be private along to their favorites in order to curry favor. It's proof positive that simply writing reviews doesn't mean a member has learned a thing about discretion or that he has ever grown a spine.

for a very silly reason imo.  not a big deal.  any info you want about providers can be gotten by pm'ing the reviewers listed on a providers page.

it's all macho fill the holes men v. manginas over there.

this board is more civil (barely)

you're better sticking here and on your regional boards.

I've been a member there in the past and found that it degenerated into a version of the GD Board without women.  What's fun about that?

RO Board access, just like the PO board is only partly determined by reviews, it's also based on board participation and this particular member only has a few dozen posts scattered over a year or so. It's not surprising at all that he was not granted RO board access.

but you are right about him not missing much where it comes to the RO board, it's really amazing that there are so many BSU's on a board where women aren't even allowed. Just how spineless does a guy have to be to be to still be sucking up to women on a board where women aren't ever even supposed to ever know what was said there?

I keep an eye on things, but haven't seen a topic that couldn't be posted here in a long time.

the number of reviews.  Its true you must have ten reviews, but as another poster says, he has 40 and can't get in.  They also monitor how many times a day you log on to your TER account, and how active you are on the community boards.  Reviews alone will not get you there.

The only difference is that providers cannot see what you say, so you don't have to worry as much about being PC all the time.  Unfortunately, there's also a lot of SB BS you have to wade through.

....but I have yet to request it. On the one hand I can see the need for a spot where hobbyists can discuss certain things without having to PC it up for sensitive eyes (just like the PO does the same for providers). You can be more candid since you are sharing with like-minded people in a "no holds barred" environment. But from what I hear it's just a sausage-fest with alot of over the top bravado and who the fuck wants that. So unless we start hearing that it's a worthwhile place to hang, I think that I'll pass.

I do enjoy the private "locker room" access that we mongers have on some strip club sites. It allows us to share intel about our experiences without worrying about dancers seeing the more colorful posts.
