creepy eyebrows above. The thing that get me about dining out is that some people just won't eat! I can hear your stomach growling across the table so open your trap and fill it. I found this GIF more funny then creeptastic or annoying, but it sure is funny to watch, get it girl!
My biggest dining peeve is when the fork is improperly held like a gahd dayem shovel. No freakin bueno papi!

However if I'm eating a piece of red meat, I will usually use my bare hands. I tend to use a fork if I'm eating fish, or chicken.
