but I disagree that it is likely to be anything that most of us would consider GFE.
It sounds like a session without BBBJ, and she doesn't want to be called a liar for calling it GFE, so she creates her own term for it "safe GFE" which is probably not GFE at all.
Does she have reviews? They should tell you everything you need to know. If not, I would most definitely take a pass if things like BBBJ are important to you.
PS, I take it it's a given that GFE has a thousand different meaning, with a term so ambiguously defined, she probably thinks she is on safe ground with her wording.
GFE was coined to be what a GF might offer to her partner, keeping in mind that this is still the sex industry so safety during FS is certainly implied. BBBJ though is pretty much a must for GFE, putting safe before it still really doesn't change it. Also kinda makes you wonder if she also has stock in dental dams, for eating kitty. TBH I can't think of a time I was with a BF and I made him wear a jimmy for oral, even back to the beginings in my teens. And Dental Dams, well I think I was in the industry before I knew what they were(if I had heard the term before I might have thought it was that big plastic thing they use to put in our mouth with the metal around to keep our mouth open).
I think the term is broad, but in fact with it you normally get the best part of GF since we are not going to ask you to take out the trash or nag you about where you were all day.
On the other side of the spectrum I have heard that the term Ultimate GFE means BBFS as well, but I never trust that is an absolute. I guess the only way to really know is through reviews or ask, but it is unlikely she will give you a straight answer before screening

The implication by the "safe-gfe" girls is that the girls who give BBJ-CIM and anything else where any bodily fluids are exchanged (kissing, daty etc) are "unsafe." This is unscientific nonsense. BBFS was never a part of the *internet* definition of GFE.
"Ultimate GFE" is a fairly recent *internet* term and not the original terminology for "GFE."
It's only as accurate as the idiots providing the definitions.
Not that it is worthless as a reference source, but it's certainly not the Gospel either.
PSE, GFE, SafeGFE, UlimateGFE mean whatever the person using the term want it to mean.
Case in point, there are a LOT of K-Girl establishments that offer "ultimate GFE", but none of them that I know of offer BBFS on demand.
