Would you spend your entire tax refund to see a provider out of your price range? If you were getting a refund?

Let's hear your thoughts on this

My state tax refund was $17, so yeah!  :-)

I know no one makes money on state. I was thinking the federal refund which is usually where the money comes from

Why would you let the government play with your money for the better part of a year, then get it back and think it's a gift?

Not every year is the same.

Some years I owe some years I get.

Looking to make discussion. I don't feel like talking about death

I'm 335lbs and damn sexy. What you going to do about it??????

Who are you?

is like going to the dentist.  As long as I don't underpay,  I'm happy.  Plus, with shifting IRS rules the task is impossible.

and yes I actually underpay, (but just slightly) on purpose. I file extensions in both April and August, file in October and wait for the letter from the IRS in November "demanding" the few hundred bucks I always owe them, and then I write that check to them so fast it would make your head spin as I know I am done with them for the year.

I agree - I'm not savvy in this area, but this makes total sense.

Then my tax software tells me it's not what I define as "hobby expenses."  I too am in the "Refund? What's that concept?" boat.

...there is one escort who is a mere $100 out of my range. I have resisted temptation for over a year. Thanks to the refund I went for it. Actually the refund was just an excuse to make an exception.

I know what my spending ranges are and stick to it.
So yes money is not a issue for me, but at the same time.
Just because you have some money, does not mean you need to blow it all away on just one provider.
It's your choice, but I would not do it personally.

I have debts to pay off, savings to build up, car repairs, etc.  But I can usually use a certain percentage for fun or hobby related purposes.
