... fortunately nature has taken care of the wake-up "buzz" in that all systems are "go" and only need an "ignition sequence start" assist from someone like you to achieve lift off.

This reminds me of one of my favorite SNL skits EVER, Mike Myers's "Coffee Talk with Linda Richman" so if you're not familiar with it please look up a couple of vids.  

Is "Irish Coffee" weird?  

Irish Coffee usually means putting some Bailey's and/or Whiskey in it, but it's a term that can also be used loosely to indicate putting any kind of alcohol in it.  

Among some groups and even in certain cities/regions, this isn't "weird" or abnormal at all.  

 
I put sugar-free non-dairy creamer in my own AM coffee but I don't think it's all that weird.  
Once in a while I'll have Amaretto-spiked coffee as a dessert drink, but not in the morning.  

I want it fast and I want large quantities. I am not worth a damn until I've had my coffee in the morning, and I will bitch, whine and moan until I get it

If I don't finish it before it gets cold then it could be a half of a cup

I used to add Baileys but I cut the calories out of my diet
