I don't know if they play favorites, but there are discrepancies just take a look at some of the ladies in your area reviews some might have a 10 in performance and the menu is limited. To me that's the best way to make a point.

So I post a review of a low volume GFE provider in my area (low volume enough her last review was two years ago) and get told I can't give her a 9, even though according to their own standards that's what she's eligible for (technically she's clearly a 10 but what ever). Anyone else ever have this experience? She's not a "big name" and doesn't advertise hardly at all but should that really restrict my review score? She does all the things they say she has to to be eligible for a 9 (based on later visits a 10) and they say "no 9". Why is that if not them playing favorites?

If you point out to them you arguement of why and wherefore I find them to not be real hard nosed.  Just line up your ducks and present your case without getting hard nosed.  They usually at least listen.  And sometimes will see the reasoning.  Try it , cant hurt

I've replied and pointed out that she does in fact do all the things that their very own email claims she has to in order to be eligible for higher than the 8 they want to insist I give her. Haven't gotten a response yet but I'm pretty steamed up

She doesn't want TOO much attention, she keeps about five or six regulars at a time....it just seems her review should be allowed to be accurate.

I noticed this for a while, myself, as I was also ineligible via sans certain criteria's, on the menu, that weren't even applicable to the session being reviewed- that I had failed to check mark whilst filling out my profile...
Example, I had a client call me, pissed and apologizing because TER wouldn't let him give me a score of 9 or 10 (can't remember precisely which, seems as though I figured out which options I needed to add to become "eligible" to receive a 9 then 10...) Sorry rambling, point being, after I added that I was indeed thumbs up on a 2 girl session and some other option, then I was "eligible" for the 10, even though neither 2-girl-action nor the other option were being used!
(The session was pretty wide open, so according to the "point system" I fairly scored 10, according to the client.)

Yes, I know 'tis only a point, but as a "Professional" with "reviews", yeah, I'd kinda like my 1 extra point on there, please.

This lady doesn't even have an account on here, it's all based on her reviews. I asked her if she'd ever read her reviews and she didn't even know where they would be (her last posted review was 2012)

would be to her....
If she wishes to facilitate use of TER and the system (gain clients, be fairly scored, provide accurate profile info's).... she needs to register an account, fill out her profile, (have a website as well..) contact TER to attach her to her reviews, and have her edit her profile (or request to, more or less) with all the proper categories she is comfortable with to allow for maximum benefit of the scoring system; Right now, she is at a scored disadvantage if she can possibly receive the upper numbers, (10,9,8..) and TER will not do her justice until she has the potential to be honestly scored.

Shoot, send her a link to this thread...
Just sayin.
That's how a provider looks out for another provider....
Get your butt in gear, girl! Here's your mission

I searched her name and location and found two reviews from 2010 and 2009 lists under a separate ID but the same name and phone #....and those were 10/9 and 9/9....and they claim they are doing this to be consistent?

Funny, I just did a review on Becky and somehow some of the blocks on the form got changed---did my pointer thing sweep over an adjoining box, or what---I have no idea, but for the dance moves that she does do, she should have gotten that 9.

I have done enough reviews and followed their points for certain dances to know the score for such.

I ALWAYS go back and look at my review and EDIT any wrong blocks, etc., etc. It USUALLY takes them up to 3 days to publish my fictional review---LOL, HOWEVER, this time somebody was Johnny on the spot, and while I went to supper, they gigged it as Not Approved---WTF? While I appreciate the quick response, this time was too fast, as there were wrong blocks that got checked.

I tried to explain, AND did an EDIT to show that one dance thing that got missed, somehow, but no attention was paid to that EDIT and the one dance thing that she did was ignored and the review published with the 8 that should have been a 9. Besides her profile is all wrong!!!

They do listen at times when you make your case, but sometimes I think it all depends on WHO is working for them that day!  I don't think there is any other game in town, so take your lumps and keep on dancing
and pay close attention to those little blocks:))

I've gone back and checked again and again. I did mark anything wrong. I've eastnc even resubmitted it twice where I made it even clearer she does all they say is required. No joy.

Jacks.....

Go to your My TER and look to see if My Reviews block is flashing, mine is, and that is usually them wanting to get your attention.

Also go to the bottom of the page, where you will see "Contact Us", if you have not already contacted them at this location, give it a try, and be nice, just state in your note there what you have found and pointed out on this thread.

I've got to go see why My Reviews block is flashing:))

After two rejections, six emails to support, and a fair amount of aggravation it's finally approved...but her general details still aren't accurate. Someone who searched for a provider who actually providers her level of service wouldn't find her, so I'm still a tad aggravated.

there is no need for 6 emails, one is perfectly enough, the more emails you send about same issue, the more time it will take until staff will answer to you. If profile is not correct you always can just go to providers profile and point it out by clicking on "Report a problem"

I got two rejections, the emails were of additional information, and isn't me responding to the rejection message reporting a problem? Plus the profile on this provider is based solely in her reviews (as pointed out in this thread) and my responses were to support my rating. And staff never answered except with another rejection, then the final approval. No attempt to explain the descrepancy in the rejections of claiming I'd over rated the provider.

Evidently their solution is to not respond to my messages and prevent any more comments from posting on this thread. Way to convince people you're not biased guys

and posted, we look at the current information on a profile.  If that profile gets changed (the services she offers), then old reviews are not updated.  So, there may be times when you see a profile and the max a provider is eligible for is a 8.  But, you see reviews that gave her a 9.  In those cases, there are usually updates to her profile,  For example she may have offered BBBJ but now decides to only offer CBJ.

We do need some type of verification to change a provider's profile.  We investigate each request to change a profile.
