Well I think your best chance is to locate a provide that is the closest you can find to Duck, maybe in the VA Beach area, and see that provide in her area first. After she have seen you once or twice she might be willing to travel to Duck to see you, but you have to make it worth her time. My rule of thumb is that a provider would be more willing to travel long distance if her time on the road is equal or greater to the time of the appointment.
