If you check the local escort ad sites, depending on the size of your city, you may find offers for massages(and more) from those who claim to to have formal training. From what Ive read, there seem to be quite a few who offer extended massages to some very satisfied clients.

If you found the ad in the phone book under "Massage Therapy", you're dreaming. On the other hand, if you found it in "Spectaor Mag", that's something else.
And if they've got an illuminated sign in the same complex as the chiroprator and the dentist, well, figure the odds.
The price point will tell you - massage therapists with no frills are considerably cheaper.
