Re: I would be wary seeing girls who don't ask for references ...

Not every lady asks for references. Some use screening services like P411, and the white list here. Or trusted network systems from other sites. I'd hardly call them the dregs of the industry

I understand that some providers will say something like "Require a reference" or something to that effect. How is that really doable in a hobby based on discrection? So if I say, "Yea iv seen so and so." are you going to call that provider and say "Hey have you seen so and so, was he cool?", that seems a bit odd. I mean for one maybe I used a fake name, or a burner number or the other provider just doesnt remember every tom, dick or harry she has seen. Maybe she is miffed that a customer is not repeating with her. It just feels a bit clunky to me. Anyone have experience with this situation shed some light on how it can go smoothly?

Ask gals you have seen recently (you have +10 reviews just this year) if they are ok with giving you a reference. It's also polite to let them know another provider may call them asking about you, but leave it at that.

References are how P4P works. Most reputable provides aren't going to be jealous/protective of their client list.

That said, it looks like you play in the FBSM area. Some escorts don't like using FBSM references which can make it more difficult. Just give the provider your refs and let her sort it out. She'll probably let you know if it's adequate. Worst case she doesn't call back or says no. Then move on to door number 2...

Whitelists and okays come in handy with this. If you don't want to directly mention references than I would start asking for whitelists.

this is how P4P works.  Safety is paramount...I never hesitate to provide references.  Remember you are the customer...do what is necessary.

The girls won't need a reference.  In fact, you can discuss the monetary details directly in front of a cop and he can't do anything about it.

Now, let's see how long it takes before this comment is removed...

Yes Mexico is fine. For those who like standing in line to get home. I also like to have the occasional discussion with pretty women, and I'm not fluent in Spanish.

Goldie, do you feel enough security about booking with a person who has been whitelisted on TER, or do you still need to talk to a provider they've seen prior?

In fact, I crossed back into the US today just after 5:00pm.  I walked right through.

are you just now seeing this as a problem?  Seems a bit odd to me.

sorry, i posted my response before i read yours cdl, my bad!

but i agree!  it's like a guy with 40,000 frequent flyer miles asking if planes are safe.

Maybe dont worry about my personal details and just focus on the topic at hand? Maybe im just curious for no reason and want to discuss something?

When a provider asks, I just tell them my TER handle and let them read my reviews.  If they want to follow up with a call to a provider on that list, that's their prerogative.

Ok so they call and say "Hey, random chick iv never talked to...do you remember seeing joeblow69 sometime in february?

"Um, no of course not, why the fack would I remember one specific dude with some username. That makes no sense."

Thatrs the entire point on this topic. In a hobby based on anonymity and discrection, how the hell is a reference going to be checked?

i smell something and it's not the rosy dew of fresh-kissed grass in the morning sun...

With the number of reviews you've posted you should definitely have some white listings which most providers consider a reference. Personally I require that a client private message me directly from TER so I know the handle in fact belongs to them.

I also use P411 and Date-Check as it serves the same purpose. Having multiple reference options makes screening for the provider and hobbyist and lot simpler.

At the end of the day providers just want to know they're going to be safe and that they are not being set up by LE.

Just my two cents.
