you're only too old when they plant you six feet under.
It really is different for different people. I know some that are still going strong in their 80's and some that are ready for the grave in their 50's.
As far as I'm concerned you're only as old as you let yourself feel. I am in my late 50's but can still keep up with my son and nephews in pretty much any sport. The key is a positive outlook, eating healthy, and of course proper exercise, if you know what I mean… wink, wink
A good comparison would be professional athletics.When guys start missing plans they made routinely, then it's time to hang it up.But fans don't have such a finite shelf life. It's not balanced or fair but there you are.

I saw Anneke when she was visiting Annapolis, perhaps six or seven years ago. At the time she implied that she had recently celebrated her 60th birthday, but she was amazing and we had a great time. I see she is still active, with a 8/9 review last month. For me, there is nothing sexier than a kinky, post-menopausal woman who works out a lot and is very confident.
Being in my mid fifties I prefer a woman over 40, I have been with some very nice 25-30 year olds who have been great to be with. The oldest woman I have been with was 66 and she was fantastic Age is just a number.

when asked about having sex at 100 years of age.
His reply was, "it's like trying to shoot pool with a rope".
He also used to say, "if I knew I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself".
I do agree with you though, we need to "use it or lose it".
I'm a 42 year old woman who is proud of my age and love to spend time with mature and distinguish gentlemen. I always seem to feel more at ease and have alot of fun, Plus Your Only as Old as You Feel!!
