If you loved Charleston and Charlotte, wait til you see Asheville and the Outer Banks. There ain't nothing in the Midwest or Texas anything like that.

I'm finding that I'm absolutely loving the Carolinas. I'm from the Midwest (Hoosier girl here) and spent a great deal of time in Texas, and no one told me that this part of the country is so BEAUTIFUL. I was very much so impressed with Charleston. And Charlotte, NC has one of the most thriving attractive downtown areas I've seen. Pretty sure my mouth was hanging open when I got here yesterday.
If I was in the market for a new city to live in, the Carolinas would DEFINITELY be in the running..

I am going to adopt you!!!

That is hysterical….. "

But, I concur 100%. Both are excellent locations. I go to the outer banks as often as I can.  I have a place in Bryson City and travel there often and spend time in Asheville when there. Both are great places. I am a transplant to the Midwest from NC . However, the Midwest is awesome to. Northern Wisconsin and the upper u p both are amazing as well and have a lot to offer.

Here in the Southern Ways of the Carolinas . . I was actually raised in the Northwest by my Grandma from Georgia so I've always been told I'm a Northern Girl with a Southern Heart ;)

Love You Carolina!
