I have been wondering about this for a while, eros has the feature of " available now" which is helpful if a hobbyist is planning a last minute date.
My reason for adding this feature is that, I have only been using ter for my planning my dates for the last 4-5 years, I have been very happy with the results, except that the dates have to be planned in advance (sometimes more than 24 hours). However sometimes I just feel the urge to have fun at that very moment (the benefit of being single). Now with the current setup  with ter, I lookup a girl, send her an email and then have to wait till she gets back, this can take sometimes up to hours as she maybe busy with other things. Once I have emailed a girl, I then wait for few hours before getting in touch with someone else as I don't want to be a time waster for the first girl and the waiting can be a big mood killer.  With the new feature, I can know who is available at that time and then plan out accordingly.
Now I understand that the providers do need time to screen and no exceptions should be made to their screening process. But if the hobbyist meets the screening criteria quickly (like date check/ p411 or ter white listed) then the screening can go pretty fast to.
