Have you girls or guys ever came across one of these things? I personally have never signed one of those, but I was wondering about people who make a girl sign these sort of agreements. What do they do with it after its signed? They file it in their "hooker confidentiality agreements" folder? Can you imagine what kind of clauses do these things must have? It's funny to think about the sort of nonsense these agreements may include. Any experiences signing or making a girl sign one of these agreements?
I've signed numerous "confidentiality agreements" AKA non-disclosure documents for modeling, acting, and for intimacy with celebrities, and famous & infamous people. It's becoming quite common, given the greediness of men and women to 'out' personal details of their rendezvous (meant to be discreet) in order to extort money or blackmail the other person.
If I were famous, no one would touch my pussy, without having first signed a "confidentiality agreement!" 
Once was actually very recently. Over the fall a politician from elsewhere was in Boston. It was all really bizarre and exciting at the same time. There was nothing crazy in it to be honest. More or less what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Someone in his staff came to my room when I sent the gent the room #. That was scary! I arrive at hotels looking as non ho as humanly possibly. I had a Texas A&M hoodie on, yoga pants and flip flops. UGH Anyway, I signed the agreement, this extraordinarily handsome young buck paid me and that was that. The date commenced on time. The gent got bent on overpriced booze. It turned out to be a really expensive blow job with no end result because he was shattered and couldn't cum. He made some pretty good jokes about how stupid he was. I agreed. A different sexy guy came to get uncle drunkle back to wherever. Good times! Lol that date will be in my book. The names will be changed because I signed that paper. Lol
The funny thing about this is, given the illicit nature of our business, plus the fact that it would have to be heard in open court thus negating any confidentiality in the first place, I don't think these agreements are enforceable in the first place.
Much ado over nothing, basically.

Assuming that the lady is not rich enough to be worth suing, but maybe you could shut her up in the future. I'm not a lawyer but guessing you might be able to sue a tabloid to stop further publication and to get all the profits from the existing publications but some articles hint that the tabloids might have a free speech right to publish stories anyway. And of course in the European Union with that right-to-be-forgotten law I guess you could try to give MisterGoogle a lobotomy.

one of my atfs sees a major MAJOR hollywood star, and has signed one for him.
i am in the middle of discussing helping one of my other atfs with her outside career, and we both have agreed to sign one for each other's safety when other contracts are being signed for her new job opportunities. can't describe it better without giving more away so, i guess my answer isn't helping you at all.
but it's not unheard of.
So perhaps mongers are mostly afraid of the "stigma" of having been with a TS girl. Just another sign of the prejudice that's still around.
