I have read accounts saying it takes a day or so for the VIP to become active....

Check in tomorrow and see if it is active then

Hi all, I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for this.  I've also used the contact us link and submitted for assistance:

So I've tried twice today to upgrade to VIP.  The first time CCBill "hung" on the processing order page.  I waited a couple of hours to see if my card would be charged and it wasn't so I decided to try to upgrade again.  Now when I enter my info CCBill says I'm already a member of the site.  I've logged in and out a few times thinking that maybe it was needed to trigger the new account but I'm still a basic member.  I'm wondering if if just takes some time for the upgrade to become active?  There's also a chance that something is just stuck on TER's side or I might need to contact CCBill I suppose.  Has anyone else encountered this?

The site is offshore
Sometimes it takes a while

I had problems with CCBill a couple of month ago when I tired to renew my VIP.  CCBill kept saying that I was already a member, even though my VIP had expired. I contacted TER and they got back to me the next day.

They added an extra day of VIP to my account and sent me PM telling me to try renewing again after the day of VIP expired. Whatever they did to my account worked. My CCBill went through with no problems and my VIP was activated immediately.

You may want to give TER a day or so to get back to you and as someone else mentioned, check you spam folder in case you missed their reply.

I need to call the security number on the back of my card each time I use it to renew VIP.

I just tell them in advance and then they let it go through, otherwise, they see it as a suspicious attempt to use my card and block it.

This could be the problem

Wow, how easy is that???  Fantastic idea.
