My experiences is admittedly limited, but it has been that no provider tells the truth. The degree of variance from the truth varies. I'm sure that much of it is to protect anonymity, and some is just to keep things entertaining.
As I read the reviews of providers I've seen or providers I hope to see, the johns will say things that lead me to believe the provider told them a different story than they did other johns. "Her smooth tan skin and dark eyes are from her Cherokee Indian heritage, she told me." "She said she's Filipino, which explains the natural tan skin." "Her smooth bronze skin is a sight to behold. She told me her father is Brazilian and she gets it from him."
For me, it's all part of the entertainment package. Some providers do a better job of storytelling than others, and can really make it fun
Some guys also just botch details like nationalities/descent in reviews. I've had a number of reviewers describe me as Irish, despite my having never described myself as such. Could be an assumption or just their generic way of describing my look or maybe the dispatcher sometimes says that. Some guys will ask but just not remember it accurately. And, yeah, sometimes the provider can't keep her story straight. Who knows? But those details aren't always deception on the provider's part.

Where od you see providers reviewing clients?
They review us amongst themselves, privately.
We have that option also, but we seem to prefer publicly discussing our escapades.
Or is that another one of your lies, to try and convince the rest of us that you're the shit?
They wouldn't post it because they said it sounded like I was starting trouble. With all the horrible things that you say..... Smh
