I've seen a lot of fake ads to know if one is blatantly fake. But theres some that seem very real, the numbers even check out on facebook sometimes but these providers don't have reviews. I was wondering what the likelyhood is that these are fake or real?

Have you looked at the recent press releases in Baltimore county and Anne Arundel county ? I recently saw a bunch of guys being busted in PG (2013) county on one of the location stations. Google is the tool to keep you out of trouble. There are some tips on the newbie board.

All of us were new at some point, be it the provider or the hobbyist.  Someone out there took one for the team, whether it's me seeing someone brand new to the hobby with no references, or a hobbyist seeing a new provider with no reviews. In this particular area though, I'd stick with reputable girls, just as I would only see guys who come with a few references, P411 okays, and/or a good TER reputation.  Some cities/states are just more risky than others.  I'd never chance it here.  There is a huge variety of local girls and touring girls to choose from.  So, unless you're just looking for girls who are new to the business because you don't like the experienced providers, I'd suggest taking the safe route.

Just my little 2 cents.

well if you want to see a new provider....

How often does LE do outcall especially for a regular guy that is not involved in other criminal activity and drugs.

Well this one has been touched on many times.  I think it is somewhat unlikely, BUT as it has been said many,many times anything is possible.  Take the advice of the veterans on the board.  See well reviewed ladies and stay away from areas that are hot unless you know it's a good thing.  Stay safe..

So is outcall safer for the hobbyist and more dangerous for the provider?

Conversely that would mean incall is safer for the provider and more dangerous for the hobbyist?

I guess my biggest issue is I don't know who is active and who isn't. Most of the ads I see on BP don't have reviews and I use TER for verification purposes.

ive toftt may times and ive just recently gotten enuff reviews of previosly reviewed providers approved so i can now get my reviews of new providers accepted... its always a risk...i kinda get off on the risk tho...
