Leap Year solves the OTC controversy.

We base our rates on the available 8,760 hours in a calendar year. But a year is actually 8,765 hours, 48 minutes and 46 seconds long, which is why leap year adds a day every four years. We aren’t compensated for any portion of those missing 5 hours, 48 minutes and 46 seconds. So by definition, all appointments have OTC time already factored into the rate as a pro rata portion of this uncompensated time.

Now you guys can stop all this fuss about OTC since it is automatically part of every appointment.

Assuming you book a date with a provider on Leap Day. It's got to be someone special as your going to have to remember it for the next four years.

Would you agree with this comment?

I'm sharing the idea with the board. Yes I understand it's one day of the year which happens every four years but that's got to count for something.

What are your thoughts.

How about a threesome on leap day, that is something to remember!

That's a great idea. I was thinking of my first three some for my birthday towards the end of March. Right before I make some life altering decisions.

you won't be waiting 4 years to make another memory with her. Or him?

I personally don't think it's anything particularly special except for what you want out if it. I strive to make every date memorable. A little nymphette mentioned to me that she thought I was a sex addict. That doesn't make me a bad person, does it?

As for leap day, I got hit in the face with a pipe a long time ago. I can't say I think of that fondly, but I do remember it like yesterday.

I do like the idea of getting laid on 2/29 ... a full circle thing with a carnal pipe episode .. yin yang? Actually, it's a great idea, just like getting laid or making my date levitate over the bed in ecstacy. I'd also like getting laid on the 28th or on 3/1. This hobby rocks. ..

I think I'll make my reservation now. This could be a bad idea gone good! Going viral ... lol. Did one of the ladies put you up to this.
This could become the Quad-annual Poke-a Pussy Day.

That was Julius Caesar way before him.

Pope Gregory established the reform of omitting the leap day from century years unless that century year was divisible by 400, as the past century (and millennial) year of 2,000 was.
