On the newbie board I tell newbies to see well reviewed ladies, but I have seen lots of providers with no reviews.

Personally I wait for five reviews that tells me what Iam looking for and then I see her while she is trying to impress clients.

because I am fairly new myself. For me, I don't care if a guy doesn't review at all or is brand new. It might surprise you, how many hobbyists are on here that actively look at the boards, and use reviews, but NEVER review themselves. There are many men who hobby who do not belong to any of the review or screening sites, and this is fine with me, but in that case I will require a little extra screening info for my own research.  

For most though, there is some combination of here, referrals, and my personal screening. It's really a case by case, and I don't have a firm rule. I have turned a few down, because they came up as very hot on the black list sites, or because they gave me false references. Some guys think they can give you a list of ladies, and you won't double check by contacting their references. Only on a couple of occasions, I have had to turn down guys because they could give me enough screen-able info, or any referrals.

Bottom line though, my personal safety, physical, mental, or legal speaking is not worth a few hundred dollars or someone else being disappointed

10 is my general guideline, I think I wrote this a few days ago..., I will lower the review total if some of the reviewers are seasoned veterans. Few reviews? They have to be current. Reviews can cross platforms so I'll check around, the ONLY real leeway is if the price is below market value. I'm not paying full fare, for someone lacking reviews. If the rate is cut, I might accept, for example, a CBJ if she's hot enough and the rate is low enough.

I've dealt with a number of ladies, some that are on p411 that after 6 months. (I take notes on everyone, even to say price and "no reviews". One lady has been active on the board and still doesn't have a review after many months. I won't see her.
She's full price. (to me) so why risk it when there are so many other options.

...and i know this is no accurate metric in reality, but i assume that for every review a lady has, she's seen at least 10 other guys minimum.  so a lady that has 10 pages of 10 reviews each is headed into industrial sex territory.

in theory i shouldn't be judgmental about that, but i tend to steer clear of the women who have seen half of los angeles.

i also intellectually know that just because a woman only has a page or two of reviews, doesn't mean that (a) she's seen a lot of guys before she decided to start advertising, or even more likely, (b) she just changed her stage name and is starting a new under a different moniker.

though i'm all for women having agency over their own bodies, i still have a visceral reaction to the idea of visiting an organ that has seen hundreds of visitors before me.  i know it's the willing suspension of disbelief, and if i truly was repulsed by it i wouldn't be in the hobby, but i do admit i try to see women with fewer rather than many reviews.

i know, i know, i'm a pig.
