Yes, I can search - do you think I would have posted without searching first? Other than Aria, the others on the recent top TER greek Greensboro search results are either not available, are providers I have reviewed or other issues which I won't detail here.
But Aria was only taking appointments well in advance GSO one day a week. The problem there is I'm a freelancer and pretty much have to do same day bookings due to my schedule. For a one-time thing, Aria would be great, but in my post I was need a local, available provider.
If you are referring to GFE Alexa, she's Winston-based AFAIK and her profile and reviews don't mention Greek that I see - but if that's who you are talking about, I will contact here and see if she works in GSO now and offers trips to Greece.
I usually never post my schedule for Greensboro since I'm usually here unless traveling or touring. It's my home base so it seems kinda repetitive to post I'm here every single week.
I don't take same day appointments for new people but I do meet my regulars same day if they're familiar with my everyday schedule and we do our best to accommodate each other.
Last week I had more than one same day request and I was able to accommodate most.
