Do you prefer touring ladies or local providers? I try to see both. The local ladies are easy to schedule and I can follow their reviews much easier, while the touring ladies may offer something that I can't find locally but sometimes it is a challenge to schedule an appointment with them. I have had good experiences with both. Some gentlemen say that they prefer touring ladies because they don't have to worry about getting too attached to them.

no lady i've spoken with has ever resented out of town tours from other girls. that's cray cray.

I prefer local ladies. They live in the same area as I do. I can see them without any problems. They know what I like to do. As far as getting attached to them, I really like two of them.

ut just like with IRL ... it's nice to have friends in other cities.
There are certain things I like to do (menu items) that aren't all that common. So the touring ladies can sometimes fill that gap.
Also ... There's really only so many 9's and 10's in Chicago. And I've already been with most of them already. New York, LA and Vegas on the other hand -- not enough days in the year to see all of them. If I really want to see a new "11," my only real option is to travel more myself (difficult to swing with my job), or I can wait for one to make her rounds to the Windy City.

This is likely not going to sound fair or rational, but I will never see a touring lady. For a tour to pay, the revenue must be maximized in a short period of time. So being part of the parade to some hotel room has zero appeal to me. Then again, I won't see local providers either, since I don't want to take the risk of hobbying where I live, and increasing the chance of finding myself in an awkward situation to explain.
Sorry to pop your balloon but you have to realize that where your dick is now, another one was two hours ago. And if the lady is any good at marketing herself a third Dick will be there two hours from now. This service hobby / business does not work without steady client flow.
What you desire is both variety AND exclusivity. That's usually called Polygamy. It can be had in places like Saudi Arabia, Brunei I understand is pretty good, and the back waters of Utah.
Otherwise just live the dream, stay safe and clean, and enjoy...
I generally see out of town ladies when they visit DC, in their own cities, or in third cities. And I can get attached to out-of-town ladies as easily as local ones.
However, I think that is mostly a coincidence based on active ladies that I like. Five years ago my answer would have been different, and if a couple of favorites moved to the DC area it would be different today.
I don't see any obvious advantages one way or another for ladies I haven't seen before -- you just can't tell in advance what the experience will be like no matter how much research you do. For regulars, it would be nice if they were available more easily, but my favorites are easy enough to see in spite of being based out of town

every once in a while, a lady, who I have admired from afar, comes to town, and I do my best to see her.
However, there are a few ladies who catch my attention on the national boards, so I would make exceptions for them.
whom if they came to town, I would definitely book. And there is at least one "local" lady in Atlanta that actually lives in another state and does a regular circuit to a number of cities... she's in town enough that I consider her local. I suspect that she has customers in Chicago and Florida that feel the same way. Further, many of the local ladies in Atlanta tour elsewhere - so the line is lot more blurred than you might think.
For me, it's more a matter that the local ladies are much more available. Unless there is a REALLY good reason - I like to do business locally
...and I'm not really sure why.
Lol I've never had a problem with the touring ladies on my "turf."
To be honest, I don't think us gals look at other provider ads often...if we do, it's probably because we are admiring their photos or fantasizing about them in some naughty way. I think for the most part the "turf" battles are more when ladies work On the street... Well atleast in Canada
