TER does change the info

A problem report doesn't necessarily have to be a bad website or the suspicion of a self or false review. You can use them to keep the information on the providers current as well.I've submitted problem reports recently that did just that and the information was promptly changed.

What I have noticed is that the FIRST reviewer gets to make up the information page. Price quoted is what HE paid. All reviews that follows do not change the facts.

If he says she has long blonde hair and then she cuts and dyes it red, the information page says she has long blonde hair. If the first guy pays $150 to a new provider then she raises her rate to $350, the review still says the fee is $150.

Should TER read and compare information pages and make changes as needed? TER needs to make changes available to those of us who provide these reviews. Provider information should be more accurate.

From what I understand, TER looks at all reviews and does their best you keep the information accurate.
Example: A provider has 7 reviews. For the first three, she charged $200, For the other 4 she charged $250 consistently. The rate should be raised to the $250. I think that TER goes by wht the majority says. This is only a guess. I also think that I read it on a post somewhere. The same goes for all of the other information. If a provider has 20 reviews before she changes her hair color, it may be a while before that info. is changed. I hope this helps a little. Good luck ad have a great day.

Yeah, I noticed the same thing.  It appears the Providers profile is the "first" profile every written.  Even if you read the latest review and click on Provider's Profile - you don't get the Profile Page the reviewer typed in.

This begs the question, "why does TER make us answer all those questions if they're not going to store it?"

Also - if a lady changes her hair color, no longer does BBBJ and now only does CBJ - you have no clue if it isn't in the review.

Finally, TER if it is a major rewrite to link the current Provider's Profile to our reviews - then make it easier for us.  Simply add a button [Add your review of this Provider] on the Provider Profile and just ask the two narrative questions regarding the dates.
