Ladies… To those of you who have children may you have a fantastic day filled with love, surrounded by your children, and bask in the joy that they bring you on a daily basis. To those of you who don’t, may you still be fortunate enough to have your Mom in your life and share your love for her with her. We never say it enough no matter how much we say it or try to show it. It won’t compare to what she has done for us.
If your Mom is no longer with us, take a few minutes to remember some of those most precious moments you shared and enjoy it if there are tears of happiness or even tears of sadness. It's a part of what she taught you about being in touch with your emotions.
As men in this world we can never truly understand the full experience of “Giving a Mother’s Love” to a child. We cannot have those experiences that only you can during that 9 months of pregnancy and of course during childbirth. I don’t care how much you yell at us during that entire process, we still just don’t really get it ☺.
You see in a child’s eye many times Dad has the role of “Super Hero”, but who did we run to when we didn’t feel good? Who was there to kiss our boo boo and make it better? Who was/is always there when we make “dumb” decisions in our life and doesn’t judge? Who do we look in to the TV and say HI to? It’s always Mom. Dad may look like the super hero, but it was Mom that truly gets to wear the CAPE and is the apple of her child's eye.
May all of you Mom’s have a beautiful day of being pampered and shown the love you have bestowed so selflessly upon your children every day.

My Mom has already crossed over and my only child passed away a few years ago, taking my dad days away. But it's nice to know that while we're all here to bang our brains out, we all respect the tender moments we've been fortunate to share.
