I always take time to give both attention, try to balance things out
Silly question but figured I ask...
Recently after spending some quick time with my SO things kind of had to be rushed, during which I only took time giving attention to one of her breasts. After all was said and done she mentioned something about it not in a mad way just that she took notice. I also had seen this joked about in a show which leads me to my question.....
How many of you women would actually take notice or be offended if a man only took the time to play with one of your beasts?
Just as long as he doesn't neglect my pussy 
In personal mode, I would ask for the other to be played with too. Kinda like playing with one ball......

True I'm like you. Work mode I don't mind (although it is a turn off) with my SO I think I would kill him, if he didn't play with the other one. I tell him they get jealous and we wouldn't want my boobs fighting with one another LOL.
But most guys don't take the proper time to do that, so with that said I can't be mad. Some men are tit guys others aren't. I don't get upset but it just turns me off. If you can't suck both of them and do it right don't do it at all. Is the way I feel but that rule only applies to my SO my clients it is what it is. I don't get made though, I get turned off.

....as long as those zany puppies are quieted down when its time for them to go to bed. Restless amped up pets are certainly a distraction come bedtime.
No man is allowed near my breasts, of course. But if a lady were to inadvertently not give one of them the attention that she so justly deserves, she will be gently scolded and then expected to make the situation right.

I would certainly take notice and I would not be happy. Not necessarily about only giving attention to one breast---more about the overall shared experience. What if she fucked you for a couple minutes and then said: "Sorry. Everybody out of the pool. We're out of time" ?

Oh trust me it did not go down like that at all , at about the time I was playing with that breast we both should of been out the door about 10 minutes ago lol . In fact most of the time she cant keep me off her breast even in public I will grab a feel when no one is looking just to make her blush.
