On the hood of a car in the mountains right next to the road. No one drove by though. Also in a condo loft twice with two others in the loft. They were passed out and snoring.

The kind of public sex episode you suggest is something usually restricted to porn. Maybe a playful couple might give it a try. But don't expect a pro to risk arrest by joining your fantasy.

However , I've been delightfully surprised as to how many enjoy having some fun in front of a hotel window ( upper floors ).

Is to have at it in a department store fitting room. I guess I'd go with a BJ, since that would probably be less messy. I know it's as much of an exhibition since you can't usually see inside the fitting room, but there are usually other people around. Loss prevention would probably get a rise out of it.

.... had some fun nooners with a guy that worked close to me.  I kid you not.. we had a lot of lunch time fucks!  One of the craziest was driving into the airport parking garage... finding the most deserted floor... and fucking on the hood of his sports car!  If you ask me about it? I will deny it. (But it's probably on video) ;) lol

If you are in a populated public place, you are almost certainly on video these days. And not just in the glass elevator in the lobby. The service elevator? The back stair case that nobody ever uses? Unless you're a vampire or zombie or whatever doesn't show up on cameras, YOU'RE ON CAMERA.  

Department store dressing room? It wasn't too long ago that it turned out that many stores were videotaping the dressing rooms as a way to fight shoplifting. It wouldn't surprise me if the cameras were still being used but not being "watched" unless needed as evidence in an investigation. But you can still be sure that there are cameras with time stamps outside the dressing rooms.

The only place where I think cameras might not be allowed is INSIDE a public restroom but they are still there OUTSIDE the doors to capture the sex fiend, thief (enter empty handed, exit with a stolen suitcase or briefcase while the owner is still whizzing away) or exhibitionists.

It's a little bit Sci Fi, but Google Earth can pick up a hell of a lot of detail on the ground. The timing would have to be perfect, but satellites might even pick up your secret escapade on a secluded beach or mountaintop

You know, the chair outside of the dressing room of any mall store? The poor bastard, sitting there holding her purse, and shopping bags, with her carrying his nuts with her in the changing room. I am by no means an egomaniac, but if anyone ever sees me in that chair (and you won't), just put a bullet in my head because I've completely lost my soul.

We could categorize the video as "sad and soulless"

I've had sex on the outdoor balconies at the Cosmopolitan before - that's great as they have lounge chairs, it's high enough up that people could technically see you but may not...

I've also had sex with women at some swingers locations, which I liked quite a lot. A lot of guys standing around staring but I don't really care as long as we are both having a good time.

Like another post mentioned, I just don't want to do something that has much risk of arrest, though I might tolerate some low amount of risk there if the location were interesting enough.
