I know this is what these ladies choose to do and I've read many times that looks don't matter, well even though its a lucrative living my hat is off to the providers because if I couldn't see who I was planning to have sex with beforehand then I couldn't do it. Tip your hats fellas, there are some beautiful ladies in this biz.
Every once in a while I still get nervous when someone new comes to my door. It's tough not having any idea what you're going to find on the other side as a provider. I take everyone I get though with a warm hug, a sweet smile and a soft kiss regardless of their appearance, part of the job description lol.
I have no delusions about ever being on the cover of GQ magazine, but I do pride myself on being "not repulsive" I've never gotten the real look of "Damn he's hot", but I have seen a definite look of relief by many women and I can tell that what is going through their mind is "ok, this won't be too bad" That is as high a praise as I need or expect. lol
Being super clean and friendly goes a long way ... oh, and if you can tip them first with a bottle of their favorite booze it makes them smile ...
I'm sure it is and that's exactly why I give all providers the credit they deserve for doing this.
I think about that sometimes. I had a regular of mine share an incident of a client secretly videotaping the session and he then uploaded it to a porn site. I viewed the link she sent and when I saw the flabby, grey-haired client trying to do his "porn star" moves for the camera (seriously) ALL I could think was, you are not charging enough ... she just chalked it up to "hazards" of the trade - and yes, he got Black Listed. But it was a eye opener for me in many ways.
But seriously, thank you, ALL of you ... for the BS you put up with from the assholes AND not taking it out on the rest of us.
Although it is normal to have apprehension when meeting someone new, what are some of the things that you might think about? Also do you also reflect on bad experiences if you had, had any in the past ? Finally what are the last safety precautions that you might take before the appointment?
As another fat old fart. Never GQ quality.. I agree. I do not know how some of them can do this work. But I really do appreciate their efforts to not look disappointed when I walk in the door

But as the saying goes about a leopard and his spots...
I took the time to look, listen and read to learn about this hobby. I was an anxious newbie that didn't know much about the hobby and still learning everyday. Thank you beautiful.
You were the master of nasty, vengeful and idiotic pm's. We'll see if you've grown up.
I've had the opportunity to meet some very nice ladies in this hobby. So yes I've learned some things. I did a lot of reading of the boards while I wasnt participating on them. I picked up a lot of knowledge of this works. As my thread says my hats off to the ladies in this business.
that thrill can be addictive actually...depends on your personality...
And so can the beautiful women in this hobby to. Very addictive.
So that's probably 2 things that providers are not particularly thrilled about. I have a developmental disorder caused caused by a brain injury in infancy, so my face is asymetric. I especially notice it in pictures and it can be challenging to take a good picture. Even though its a pretty mild disability I always warn the provider about it beforehand. My ATF says that I wouldn't even have to mention it because it's not noticeable, but I think she is just being nice.
is the anticipation of meeting an unknown lady and being nervous about what may happen. I never really know what she will be like, look like, smell like, taste like, or how she will react to me.
Those butterflies are part of what is exciting about meeting s new lady.
Of course, this is very different from a provider who is earning her living and meeting many new people and while I can always be quick or even leave, she is stuck and may be put in an embarrassing and difficult situation, so the comparisons are not equal.
I'm just saying part of what I love about the hobby is the slight sense of anxiety before we get together and I wonder if a tiny bit of that is not at least a small part of what providers like about the career.
I get the butterflies and nervousness still and probably will each time I meet a new lady. I am very interested in how the ladies feel. I had it in my mind that since this is what they do that it just came naturally to them and the ladies didn't experience the butterflies after being providers for a while. I'm still learning ladies and enjoy hearing about your side of this as well.
In seeing provider photos and reading reviews.
What does the provider have? She has her screening; some screen more carefully than others.
In my life; some woman are attracted to me and some not so much; it’s relative. The one’s that are attracted to me is a big ego boost; especially if I’m attracted to them. But I would not go see a provider and delude myself that she is attracted to me in anyway; especially as a first timer. (I would definitely hope for the best, though.) After reading some of these comments, I can understand why it goes beyond looks and a good attitude and hygiene plays an important role.
We know why we’re seeing the providers and they know why they’re allowing us to see them (they also have their standard procedures they go through); so focus on the strengths to make it work. However, in the end, I think everyone wants to be liked and loved.
My hope is that providers will find something they like and be genuine about it. I believe; especially the secure ones, are aware of this quality and just don’t go through life being nice and not sincere (which is not necessarily a bad thing because it’s way more preferable than being mean and abrasive). Yet a well placed sincere complement can say so much more, as it is directed towards something specific, which makes it interesting—if not more memorable.
On the flip side, a client that may not be overly thrilled with the provider can also return the favor with a well placed compliment (just a thought)
