I never for a moment suspected they were fake until one day, while over at her house, I saw a photo of her when she was a teen wearing a bikini. Then, alas, another gal showed off her new boob job to me and they looked like her doctor's name could have been Victor Frankenstein. I've been doing my research, planning my next tryst, and I'm stunned by the number of reviewers who feel the need to critique implants. Understanding they're not for everybody, I really don't understand why some guys would make an appointment with a beautiful woman, knowing full-well going in that she's been "enhanced", then rail on her, and acknowledge reducing her appearance rating because they prefer natural breasts. WTF?

I have to agree, I've seen and felt a LOT of great boob jobs, but some of them are criminal offenses and make the woman look freakish.
Hard as a rock, bigger than her head, that ugly swollen look, those are only a few of the things that can go wrong, but I will confess, a beautiful woman who has gone from an "A" to a full "B" or small "C" is money well spent and even though I am not necessarily a "boob man", some well done boob jobs can make a "cute" girl "hot"
Each to their own I suppose.

This has been repeatedly published in the medical literature and is based on post op questionnaires
The first time I researched this was about 20 years ago when two young female members of my family were contemplating have breast reductions.
Generally women who do this are having trouble functioning because of their large breasts which can lead to such things as nerve difficulties in their arms because of the pressure of bra straps. Large breast can also limit invoivemnt in athletics and can be a social draw back as well.
I am no more a doctor than fishbro is a lawyer, but I have heard this before and it makes perfect sense to me. The handful of women I know that have had breast reductions have all claimed it was the best thing they ever did.
So the data was given by patients who had a physical "need" for the procedure rather than a cosmetic desire. Isn't that apples and oranges? Meaning you are not comparing like things.
I think you have put your finger on what most of us believe: Surgery that allows better physical function and is successful in doing that will have greater satisfaction than one which is aimed at making someone more attractive. This is true for a number of obvious reasons. It is the reason there is little loyalty among young women to various brands of make up. If you get your breasts done so you will become more popular and beautiful, chances are a lot less that this will happen than if you get breast reduction so the tingling in your arms disappear an the pain in your back goes aways.Particularly because the tingling and the pain will almost certainly go away.
It sounds like you've got some particular reviews in mind but many times it's just an attempt by a guy to let you know what to expect before you arrive. And the range of what you might see is alluded to by mrfisher and GaG, above.
I've seen my share of "no way these are fake!" to "find the guy who did this and lock him away forever" (and I might have included such sentiments in my reviews). Other than "rock hard" or "unnatural" in the "breast appearance" field, there isn't any way to alert readers to the quality of the boob job other than in the exposition.
Maybe TER should add yet another database field: "if enhanced = yes, add drop down menu of descriptors."
So rant away and see whoever you want to see but if someone's comment saves you from a disappointing meeting with "rock hards" or "unnaturals" then be thankful.

the secret is to choose an older and very conservative surgeon..my surgeon is 72 years old..i wanted freaky big boobies he refused to make that big , he told me i will look like a cartoon character since i am only 5.2 ...he also refused to do cheek implants because he told me i already have high cheek bones and my face will look awkward and square...
at 72 he does not need to do every possibly surgery client wants to make more money....he is gonna donate it to rotary club or his frat kids gonna enjoy it...
many girls select the youngest and hunkiest surgeon for the lowest price and get what they asked for...lol...and this why many walk around with terrible boob jobs and unsightly scars...i paid 7k for my boob job...i have heard girls getting 3k boobs job in florida or even less in brasil...lol...

I think the answer is, because there are good boob jobs, and there are bad boob jobs that are downright terrible I've seen raised purple scars, rock hard boobs that point Easty-Westy and others that have that "plastic bag" look on the underside. Hell, I even saw a set that was so big they caused new stretch marks, ugly, reddish purple, new, stretch marks ...oh! The horror!! Of course I'm going to review something like that.

I'll be honest, boobs are way down the list of things that do it for me. Starts with legs and ass with me, eyes are very important, very very sexy. Blow job skills are the true way to win my heart. I like boobs for Russian, although I don't do Russian nearly as much as I'd like.
I'll say this though, if new bolt ons make a lady feel sexy, and bolster her self confidence, then I believe the bolt ons did their job. Confidence is the sexiest of sexy.
I generally don't like fakes. It's not so much that they are fake, but that they are often so ridiculously large, completely out of proportion to the woman's body size and typical female anatomy. I don't get the attraction at all. When looking through ads, it seems like I skip through 90% of providers based on this criteria alone. At least it helps narrow down my choice.
I have encountered this issue with two or three providers: their implants made their breasts (especially their nipples) so sensitive that it caused some discomfort when a man fondled or sucked on them with what would be a normal degree of pressure or tension for most non-enhanced women. Have any other providers or hobbyists encountered this phenomenon?
Honestly if you can tell from the photos that her boobs are implants, and still book her, then give a bad review you're a wanker.
If you they looked natural in pics - then turned out to be bad in person.. you could review that the photos were not accurate.. that's fair enough.

I gotta say I'm very very happy with how mine turned out .. Ive watched groups of friends debate over if they were natural/implants.
PS all boobs are REAL ... unless they are silicon "chicken fillets" in the bra!!
