Does it discourage you to see a provider if you know she had breast enhancement or butt injection?
I personally believe beauty is something that could always be enhanced, I'm all for it. At 50 yrs old I want to look like i'm 20, however in the hobby everyone is different.

While it can seem somewhat shallow and vain, I know of at least one 60+ gal who has gotten some excellent PS and could easily pass for a young and lithe 50, so I'm not going to complain too much about it.
At the same time, it would be a shame if anyone ever felt shamed into having to have PS
As almost everyone knows (ad nauseam) I spend a lot of time in Latin America where every chica seems to be loca over getting boob, butt, chin, and every other kind of job you can think of. Some of them look fantastic after having a bit of work done, some end up looking downright freakish.
I think as long as it's being done for the right reasons, and it doesn't get out of control, I think PS can be a good thing. Taken to extreme, just like dieting or even hitting the gym too hard, it can be not only unattractive but actually harmful.
Personally, I am as vain as the next guy, at some point I may consider doing a little nipping and tucking. I don't mind looking like my date's father, I don't ever want to look like her "abuelo"
I don't tell others what to do with their bodies, but I'll never have it done. There are just too many nerves that have to be cut through. I love you guys but you and your money are not worth butchering my body. If you like the look of a lot of PS, we probably aren't compatible anyway. There's an entire lifestyle associated with that which is absolutely your own business but something I avoid with great effort.

and for the record, that is the right reason to do it. If it makes you feel better about yourself and as long as you don't get carried away, think Michael Jackson here, then go ahead and do it. Otherwise don't do it.

and a lot of hookers do it for their own reasons, even when asked NOT to by their customers.
This is hardly about my erection, personally I am not that big a fan of most plastic surgery, especially huge fake boobs and those god awful, freakish looking butt implants.
You need to open your eyes and realize there is a whole big world out there other than hookerdom.
You might enjoy feeling superior because personally don't want to have any work done, but if you think every one buys into your bullshit, you are sadly mistaken.

Beauty isn't something that can always be enhanced. In fact I think more often than not a person's looks worse after plastic surgery at least in the nude. And yes I am less likely to book because of that.
Except for boob jobs ...
I even think that most people look better with no makeup, or at least very minimal make-up. Natural hair color as well.

There was an article in the Economist a while back that talked about the escorting industry..it said that research shows that blonde (tasteful blonde color, not badly bleached) escorts with a boob job and at least bachelors degree in the age range between 18 and 25 are the most desirable. Boob job will definitely pay off but needs to be done tastefully. Guy do not like them if they look too fake and gross. If you want a suggestion for a conservative surgeon pm me.
while some guys strongly prefer natural body , they are in minority...you can't please everybody, focus on what your needs and wants are
also it is an investment into yourself...but picking the right surgeon and having realistic expectations are crucial..i also suggest doing a few surgeries at the same done, since it reduces down time and saves money...

As long as it looks good AND feels good I don't care how she got there. A lot of times the problem is that the women overdo it and come out worse off.
You have it right on. Not just you or other women, everybody men or women should always strive to be 20 as much as possible. There is no upside to looking and feeling old
sometimes they go to far. I very recently saw a woman who had fake boobs(very nice) a fake butt, fake lips, fake cheeks, fake(over the top) eyelashes, fake hair. At what point do you become so insecure about your looks that you have to "enhance" everything? What ever happened to being yourself and "fuck em" if they don't like it? I understand that it's much easier for us guys. All we have to do to enhance our attractiveness is to arrive with a fist full of Benjamins.
If that's what makes you feel better than have at it...I can see it being unnatractive if its not tastefully done though. I've wanted fake boobs ever since I was a little girl..I've always been extremely turned on by how they look at feel..to be honest..the trashier the better for me. Unfortunately, I've always had huge tits so obviously I could never get fake boobs. Super sad about that..but at least I can spend my free time enjoying other providers enhanced titis....ugh I love duos mostly for this reason!

If it's "yes," I usually move on. I have also dropped some favorites after they got boob jobs.
It's such a turn off seeing someone's face that is stiff and doesn't move naturally due to lifts or too much botox. Even little changes can make a big difference in how you look. Consider how post-nose job Jennifer Grey (Dirty Dancing) is almost unrecognizable, which probably killed her career. Before, her face had distinction. After, she looked like any average woman.
If you want to stay looking young, keep out of the sun, maintain a healthy diet, keep stress at bay and don't party too much. That's the ticket!
I definitely prefer natural. But, it depends. Essentially, if I am trying to choose between two providers, all else being equal, I will choose the one with natural breasts. Having said that, I have been with some ladies with enhancements that weren't too large and the breasts felt more natural unless I really squeezed and then I could feel the implants down deep. A huge turn off for me though is huge breast that are obviously fake and very hard. If any woman was ever to ask my opinion I would always recommend not to do it.
