I do like a lot of sex, but I am hardly freaky and I too call bullshit on a couple of these.
I can go along with their view on DP, I have never done a MFM nor do I ever intend to. I have had a lady fill one hole with a toy while I filled the other just like they suggest, so in my book they got this one right.
Moaning? I guess the writers have never been with a screamer. I have had moaners, screamers, and every other kind of noise a woman can create. It's hardly every woman, and very few are vocal the entire time, but I call mainly bullshit on this one.
I am not really a fan of dirty talk, but I have met plenty of women who love it and virtually demand it in order to get off. Once again I call bullshit on MH

and lastly, instant erections? I am well into my fifties and 99% of the time I am as hard as a rock well before my pants are all the way off. The is by far the one that is the furthest from my personal experience. I think there's a lot of truth to these, in general. But there's always exceptions. For example, I know some providers who love double penetration (eg dick + dildo), COF, and dirty talk. But I've never met any who talk dirty and/or moan non-stop (maybe it's me, on not moaning non-stop LOL). As for the thing about instantly hard... that's almost always the case for me when seeing a provider. Dunno why, may have something to do with having the lips and hands and mouth of a beautiful, sexy woman all over me starting the moment I walk in the door. 
I've had offers to do a DP with civies, but bowed out for various reasons, COF, yup been there done that ... had that requested back in my dating life and I "came" thru on the requests. In my experience, most gals are vocal in their own way. It may not be over-the-top porn moans and screams, but sounds of pleasure, exclamations of surprise and grunts of effort don't seem to be very rare. I've met far fewer silent sirens, so I'd say they got this one mostly wrong.
Since I stopped being a wuss and got more comfortable with initiating a bit of dirty talk, I've met few gals that didn't get some fun and enjoyment from returning a bit of their own dirty talk. I guess if you can lead it, most gals will follow and have fun with it. So... I think they got this one right only for those guys that are afraid to open the door and make a gal comfortable with some smut talk. My guess is most would enjoy it, but need a guy to initiate it and show them that it is OK to drop an inhibition/taboo.
