it is time for me to move on. Blur, our faithful moderator, has notified me that I am mean, which is true. Meanness is my response to prevarication. Some folks don't take to that. But, this isn't the place to debate whether truth takes precedence over illusion, or if sonambulism is the proper response to life often filled with absurdity and wrongness. TER has a particular editorial mission, and we assume that the moderators are charged with upholding that mission, irrespective of any of our individual opinions. Will that make this little world a better, worse, more mediocre, or more enlightened place ? Only time will tell. Be good.

I enjoy reading your posts. However, I have never had much use for people that take their ball and go home when the game goes against them.

Well Said, I agree with your insight and statements in full. Just look what they are trying to do with my posts and the attacks by the blind against my comments.
When I first saw that Seventhson was leaving, I thought that Blur was wrong, very wrong. Seventhson had posted multiple reviews and his comments seemed right on the money--unlike White Lightening who has yet to post. But then I read Seventhson's post about Julie's and it became clear that, like the people infected by the rage virus in the movie "28 Days", seventhson just got infected. Again, I've never been to Julie's, but unlike the providers who have two hobbyists posting their first reviews ever, there just are far too many reviews of Julie's for this to be a scam. Goodness knows I've enjoyed Seventhson's comments and reviews, but this was like the Trent Lott birthday comments---if you are going to be controversial, you had better be very, very accurate and very, very careful. Seventhson just went overboard and I'm sorry he did.
I'm being "blind" about it. Do you? Does anyone else?
Seventhson leaving is a damm shame. I look forward to your return one day. You'll miss us too, I'm sure.

All along I have chosen not to respond to this guy and stir up the pot even more. The aggravasion simply isn't worth it.
...As a firm believer of free speech and a relative newbie here on this thread,don't see what all the fuss is about...afterall, I was taught that sticks and stones may break one's bones but words will never hurt anyone. I suggest you reconsider and keep posting your commentary. If we don't like what you say, no comment can be just effective as anything else... and viceversa.

..but free speech vs. yelling "fire" in a crowded movie theather are two different issues.
I feel that Seventhson posts along the free speech lines and WL is yelling "fire" in the theather.
Another thing that has been bothering me is that REFORMED hasn't chimed in on any of this. His profile fits that of Whitelightening (no reviews and doesn't care), makes me wonder.

A non-reviewer's posts are suspect. Afterall, as someone mentions up top, this is a community...shared by reviewers.
I'll read the non reviewer posts but usually offer no comment to them.So,therefore comparing Steverino & coffecan to WL & reformed...like apples to oranges.
Let's see know,lol, the non-reviewer...is like the non-believer...the Un-Cola....the unforgiven...the horse of a different color...,etc,etc.
How do I get mentioned again??

that began several days ago...Who do you Know's(I think thats his ID) opening subject to Blur kind of trashed you and Steverino. I say its a free country and you guys can say what you want to say. Also,your on the "good" team, a REVIEWER....in this case...the apples...lol
