I do see your point.Usually when I travel to a new city for business, I can quickly narrow down my choices to a few ladies, and as I am only in town one night, I eventually narrow the list down to one lady. However, I have an upcoming trip and am having a very difficult time choosing between two very different ladies. If there was time I would try to see them both, but that is not an option on this trip. Both look amazing, both have excellent reviews, both are very, very different from one another.
I am curious to how others usually end up making their final choice when faced with this issue...

For me it is pretty easy. I have certain activities I am interested in. I also take the position that said activities are worth $XXX. I will only see ladies that are of a certain body type, age, etc. When my parameters are input into the available talent there are often few choice left. I then review those and select the best option. Or I go without.
He, he...this sounds like me. Twice I have had providers cancel at lady minute due to family emergencies, and both times I went without. Somehow, in my mind, I had found what I was looking for, and that if I scrambled at lady minute I was probably not going find someone who would match my first choice...
Did you contact the ladies yet ?
Maybe one isn't available , while the other one is available, ........and then the choice is already made for you 
or just flip a coin.

The first one to get back to me gets my business, the second one I might do prescreening to see the next time I am in town. That keeps you from becoming a "time waster" and also keeps your options open if something happens with the first lady.
Since I usually travel by car and not too far from home I ask my local favorite to travel with me (did that earlier this week and had an amazing time!). If that's not an option and I'm stuck in your situation then GaG has a good plan. Reach out to both and the most responsive one wins. Keep the conversation going with the other but be straight forward that your plans are up in the air and not to miss an opportunity just for your maybe. That way you have a possible option in case Plan A falls apart.

Often, the tremendous amount of information on TER and other sites causes us to overthink the choice of ladies. Kind of like a friend a play golf with on occasion. Whenever we have a cart with GPS, you can't get him out of the cart for his shot, with all of the on screen information there to absorb. I often have to say "Hey Glen, 6 iron!"

You summed it up perfectly - overthinking it. I often see the lady who first caught my eye, as long as her reviews do not raise any red flags. But then I continue to do research and before you know it, I have two or three great choices. Sometimes it is easy - one is out of town, another is booked, and bingo - I book with number 3.
Reach out to both and ask them to sweeten the offer. Might be a lower rate, might be more OTC, could be both.
With all else equal, look for value, son.

Just how many reviews do you read? In a "few days" you could conceivably reads hundreds and hundreds of reviews, Talk about paralysis by analysis. I can't imagine even putting in 5% of the work that some of you guys put in simply to go pay to get your dick wet. You put in more effort into picking a hooker for an hour or two than I put into buying a new car.
is that I get 10 or 12 opportunities a year to visit a lady, and always in a city I won't be back to for months or years. From what I read of your posts, you have ample opportunities to see tomorrow what you may have missed today.
So, of course, I try very hard to make the best decision I can on the few opportunities I get.
