Ladies, in your opinion, do most other providers prefer their men be groomed below the waste? If so, trimmed or shaved? Why do you think others prefer it? What's the gossip around the provider water cooler?

I believe that the ladies expect and deserves a man who is passionate about his hygiene. Manicure, pedicure, great healthy teeth and mouth, freshly showered; exactly what a man's expectations are.

Some men can't reach their feet comfortably: be it age, weight or medical issues... So getting a pedicure from a cute girl where she gives you a foot massage while you glance down her top... Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. But then again, I'm a perv.
Have nails trimmed, be clean, minty fresh and preferably a managed manhood (shaved is your call however I personally don't care as long as it's not a thicket down there) before your date. Most ladies also have showers if you feel like you might need to freshen up or do a quick rinse off.
Never hesitate to ask for the restroom also - most of us have mouthwash if you're a smoker or just had lunch/dinner. If you're not sure, just freshen up anyway - doesn't hurt!

I can only relate my experience, but I think ladies prefer men with shaved balls. Mine are always shaved, and they usually get lots of attention. The rest of your pubic hair should at least be trimmed to the point that it looks "neat" and not messy.
If you take the time to shave your balls and trim the rest of your pubic hair, then you probably also maintain good hygiene. And I imagine seeing a "clean and trimmed" package helps ladies feel more comfortable with you.
