Write drunk, edit sober

I'll 1st start by stating I am a complete newb to the hobby. I'm recently separated and started just needing to get my needs met. So in my quest to find that line where providers and I gell, I ended up with this fun time.

*note: I've been drinking as I write this so give me a little lee way*

So a month ago I was cruising this Page at the Back of the Internet. (Hopefully that was subtle enough)  so I found this ad about a provider looking for a generous gentleman (same ol song), but this one hinted of just one provider and such. So I sent an appropriate spiel to see what happens. 3 weeks later I get a response with a phone number. I tell her I'm swamped at work which I was but the real reason was I already had my funds locked up. Anyway, I told her I would get back to her if I could save her number, so today, my current regular and I had our 3rd so-so encounter. Time to move on. I give the 3 week lady a text. We go back and forth and all is civil. At some point she says I'm to intense, well I have been known for that. So I have no no ill feelings. I guess I went wrong for telling her to lock down her Facebook page. When she gave me her number from the email, of course i looked it up. I was truly trying to look out for her. Anyway, she thought I was numerous people who were out to get her. I explained that I research as much as I can and since her fb page was not locked down, I was able to find out who she was. So we went back and forth for a while, I don't mean to antagonize anyone, but I do like texting back and forth. She then said I was a bad person for researching, but hey, I have things to lose, danger to be in as well.

I guess it may only be a good story because I'm lit, but I figured I'd share with all of you. Nobody is squeaky clean. I just choose to admit that I'm not.

...maybe if I wasn't stone cold sober I wouldn't be...

I am hardly entertained either.

Get drunk if you like, but be prepared to still be disappointed after rereading this drunk.

...not gonna waste them on this shit...

Doing proper research is fine, however I don't know if telling said lady and eluding to researching her FB page is the best course of action.  I mean how would you feel if a provider got ahold of your info and started giving  you tips on how to protect your PII?  I have also found that offering "helpful" info when it is not requested is a no no, especially when it has to do with providers.  They don't want or need your advice, stay in your lane.  It may have came off as "pimp-ish."  Just my opinion.

You are absulutly correct. Everyone is different so how one would feel, can differ from person to person. I'd probably feel a little violated, but I would damn sure lock down my Facebook page to make sure no one I don't want could stalk me.

The connection was lost way before I brought up the fb thing. We had chatted and she was looking for a sugar daddy but would not say what that favor was. I just went for realism and she said I was to intense. I'm sorry for being detailed with her, but that is just me. Anyway, it may have been wrong on my part, but the info I only grazed upon could be really bad if someone with foul intentions got wind of it.

Sorry I wasted your time to those it affected. Just letting loose.

at an average of lets say 30 seconds wasted out of each reader's life, I am enclosing a "class action" demand for 250 minutes of our collective lives back, Please consider this formal notification. Tick Tock, the clock is ticking.

I want the last 25 seconds of my life back 😠

remember one time I matched with a girl on a certain dating app. Let's just say that it rhymes with "Binder." :-)

Which is fitting, since you seem to be on a drunken binder.

Turns out she's a local politician who ran for Governor at one point, so it was hard for me not to recognize her. So yea, naturally, I couldn't keep my mouth shut when I finally met her and let it slip that I followed local politics and sort of knew who she was. :-)

That set off all kinds of crazy alarms with her and as far as she was concerned I was a stalker. Whatever, lady. Kind of hard not to recognize someone who puts her name and face on people's lawns all over the damn city. Never mind you have commercials on television with your face all over them.

I've just learned that when you meet a girl online .... in any way shape or form, be that a dating app, an add or whatever -- just pretend like you've never seen her before in your life and have absolutely zero interest in who she is or what she does. Not unless you're like moved in with each other or something, and even then ...

Can't you post something interesting like the use of cock rings in the hobby or how you left skid marks on her incall bed, but meh ... There were two beds in the room.

He also put a shotgun in his mouth and pulled the trigger. Being a drunk causes ED and other issues that he couldn't deal with... I do like the cigars named after him.

Gonna chuck that Van Gogh I have in my attic, too. What a loser that guy was.

He probably never said it.

Apparently, Hemingway wrote throughout the daytime...then, he'd get drunk at night. So if anything, he did the opposite...write sober, edit drunk.

I used to think that alcohol inspired me to greater creativity...but, then I just realized that it was just my drunk self thinking that everything I'd just done was hysterical or amazing. My sober self was like, WTF??? !!!

I love south park! PC principle would have a field day on these boards.
