DC Latina is on the level and apparently safe. I have been there two times. The place is now located in a decent apartment complex in Wheaton off of Georgia Avenue. It is almost a classic cathouse. You go in and get to pick the girl from a group of four or five girls of different shapes and ethnic groups. She takes you to a bedroom, takes off all her clothes and pretty much does whatever you want. The girls are mostly from Latin America, most speak little or no English. You can also get 2 girls at a time for 30 minutes for $200.

Since I live within a few miles of their new (read: low-rent) location, I thought on the spur-of-the-moment I'd give it a go. They this outfit is calling itself something different these days (sorry, I can't remember what they told me). Anyway, the price is $100 per half hour. I posted a review that I hope will be up soon under the provider name "Pricilla." To make a long story short - yes, its "on the up and up." I didn't have high expectations when I went and that was good. I got what I paid for. Tip: if you go, you might want to consider doing it in the daylight hours, because it could be hard to find at night...
