Conceivably yes, but odds are very remote...

Don't lose any sleep over it.

(Still not a lawyer)

I called a provider today and we set a time.  No discussion of money or sex acts, simply set a time to meet.

I then looked at my local newsfeed and saw that the area of town that she is hosting in had a prostitution bust that involved 7 women a week ago.  One of the mugshot pictures looked like her.  I pondered for about a half hour as to what do and texted her back claiming I had car trouble.  Her reply was "Ok. Thx."

Again there was no discussion of money or sex acts, simply a time set to meet at her incall llcation.
Her incall location was at the premiere hotel in the area.

She is a well-reviewed provider on here with at least 50 reviews  and has what appears to be a professionally done website.

She is from Atlanta.

Should I worry?

If she screened you, and has a tasteful, discreet website, reviews, etc she's probably OK, but you never know.  Maybe you should talk to an attorney and understand what you should do JIC you ever run into that situation.  No way for us to know if shes legit or compromised or if you're on the radar.

She did NOT screen me.  However her website is tasteful.  SHe has many reviews.

One previous reviewer from a few months ago said she did not screen either.

Shes also been posting on all week including today.

What did you call her?

In all seriousness ... don't ever talk to the police. Anything you say can and will be manipulated and used against you ... the only thing you should say, is" talk to my lawyer" ...

I doubt you can be arrested

...the cabbage, the do-re-mi, the filthy lucre, the moola, the wampum, the simoleons, the ducats, the smackers, the dead presidents.

You were lured to the bait.  But the hook was not set.
Won't bother with you.

I studied both the law and law enforcement by watching TV. I believe the answer is Don't Worry. Even if there was something to charge you with (bad grammar in your text messages?) there is no way they are going to waste time and money on it.  Worst case scenario: "Yes, that's my voice on the recording ... But I made it as a crank call!  I wasn't being serious. Nothing happened."

But more importantly, DO YOU HAVE A HOBBY PHONE or did you use your regular phone?  Go to the Newbie Board to search or ask about hobby phones
