Question about doing a search for say top 10
I know under the reviews tab there is a top 100 providers. What if I wanted to do a search but specify a city or Ethnicity so, top 10 Asian or Latina or African American or White in San Francisco or San Jose by number of reviews and score and have it not show girls touring Is there a way to do that? Thanks in advance for any helpBut I don't think there is any way to pull up anything for top 10 by ethnicity.

i agree with MatureGFE, I'm not sure if you can find the top 10 based on ethnicity. I would play around with it and also go to the ISO board i'm sure you will find what you are looking for there.
Steph is right that there is no search function to do exactly what he is trying to do, but Perfect Storm (as usual) gave some spot on advice that will accomplish almost exactly what the OP is trying to do. A couple of things I would like to add to his advice is that the reviews will automatically come up by date, so he can choose to only look back a few weeks or months, depending of course on how active his region is. Also you can screen for "bad websites" and "bad phone numbers" ensuring that you will only pull up active providers.
The ISO board is a nice concept, but in practice it is very thinly trafficked and the regional boards are a much better place to post ISO's.
Lastly, I know you are having fun and I know you mean well, but getting back to your "mentoring" thread, this is an example why we don't recommend that Newbies get into the mentoring business. Posters like Perfect Storm have been helping newbies out with questions like this for years, and invariably gives out great advice as do several of the other veterans around here, it makes it tougher to have to correct bad advice offered by well meaning newbies before being able to give the proper advice to the OP.
But I did do that in my example search, and still had a profile pop up with the last review in 2004, so it's not a fool proof way to come up with only active providers. As to sorting by date, thaf is of course the default sort, but I changed that to sort by rating since he was specifically looking for the "top 10." 
Make uour own top lists. Sort by rating, put in the city and ethnicity. If you want to really make it like the TER top lists, then you can put in minimum of 20 reviews. The one thing you can't do in search, that TER does in the top lists is make sure the providers have reviews within the last 3 months, so some of your results may show very old results and retired providers.

I was able to do a search using criteria I wanted like City/state and overall rating, even ethnicity like stated above.
there is also a dropdown for only new reviews and that eliminates old reviews, but, it seem to eliminate all reviews older than about a month.
I do not see how to sort though.
But this is a great start.

The default is sort by by date. In the example I posted, I sorted by rating. (Since you were looking for a top list and that's how TER creates their top lists.) You can also sort by looks, or by performance. I also selected to eliminate bad websites and bad phone numbers.
"New" reviews only go back 2 weeks, so that won't give you a very big selection.
Also in my example I selected a minimum of 20 reviews (again because you were talking about top lists and that is one of the criteris TER uses to create their top lists) Personally I wouldn't limit my searches to providers with over 20 reviews. There are a lot of great providers out there with less than 20 reviews.
