One word of advice though, but advice you've most likely figured out for yourself, Ranting on this board when you are having a bad day is likely just to make your bad day worse.

So I have a favorite client who is very attractive, smart, funny, and we get along great.  
He is getting fixed in November.  Would it be weird if I asked him for a sperm donation?  I want to have kids someday but don't know if I want to do the traditional get married and have babies.  It would be nice to have a good donor saved somewhere in a sperm bank.

Here are some of my experiences as a small business owner.  This is BUS-101 type advice that can be applied to any type of business....

Some people ALWAYS haggle over price.  If you sold your services for a $1.00 someone would have the nerve to offer .50.  It is nothing personal.  Of course they can easily afford to pay full price, BUT their satisfaction in the purchasing process is to feel like they got a deal.  Even if they didn't.  

This isn't your last BAD day.  How you handle bad days says a lot about you.  Think of yourself as a business.  Customer Service is important and that means handling bad days too.  How can I go off on a rant is my business struggles?  As an owner, I need to show leadership. I lose customers and employees feed off my behavior if I blow up or whine about my problems.

Understand YOU are in control.  The sign says, "We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone."  OK, do that!  If someone is offensive, move on.  

MOST IMPORTANT!!  
My bread and butter is made from repeat customers.  I would go broke without them.  Anyone who repeats business with me (and U too) deserves extra care.  LOYAL customers are gems. I treat them like VIPs.  I take time getting to know them and what makes them tick. U should too.
