My place has never felt "sexy" because it's... My home. I've never had an outstanding session at my home. Hotels are my favorite although it's cool if he has a great place, like with a great bathtub, or a pool, or a great gourmet kitchen where we can cook together, BBQ outside, etc. It's weird if a woman lives there however. Sleeping in another womans bed is weird. So I vote hotel.
For those who do overnights, do you prefer home court (your place), away (her place), or a neutral venue (hotel)?
I like the home court mostly as I am more comfortable there, and I like to cook as well,
but there is a certain allure to being in her bed.
Hotels have the advantage of not having to clean up the place, but I hate having to worry about check out times.

I agree another woman's bed and family pictures are a little off puting for an extended session(like overnight). I really don't notice for an hour or two but, after awhile... So my vote is also hotel.
but I rarely do P4P overnights at home, if a hooker stays with me all night at my home, most likely we are not just in a hooker/john relationship.
I also rarely do overnights at "her place" or at least not at her incall location, and just like my own home, If I am staying at her "real place" most likely I am more than just a customer to her.
I think most of my overnights that are truly P4P are done out of the country while on vacation, so I would have to say the overwhelming percentage of my overnight dates are spent in a hotel or rental condo.
My home courts have a massage table as well as either a soaking tub or jacuzzi, I know where everything is, have more than I would ever travel with at my disposal, and are specifically designed for enchanting longer engagements. That said, what's your place like? A lovely ocean view? You might sway me. Hotels in general not as much, though I've seen some amazing rooms that I would enjoy very much and the housekeeping vs. doing laundry the next day is a definite perk...
For me it really depends on the where (Tahiti over my place in a heartbeat!) and if there is a tub and other lovely amenities - not so much "whose".

I do need to do something about the tub. It is not up to standards for a good couples soak
More important than the location are the people involved. An extended engagement with an abrasive bore could be in the most beautiful location ever, and it would be sub-par to meeting you in a Motel 6.

have had several multi-night trips out of town with my ATF, always at an upscale hotel. Has been wonderful every time. Since we always go at least three nights and two days, checkout time isn't a problem, because by the third day we need to get home and head back by late morning. We've talked about and probably will do it at her place one of these days. I've spent many hours there and am very confortable. But she's so agreeable and easy to get along with, I think just about anything would work!
