This weekend is a supermoon eclipse on 27 September where the moon is 30,000 miles closer to the earth, and there's a total eclipse to boot. Won't see this combo again until 2033.

I will definately be watching. I read somewhere there will be a full solar eclipse viable from north america sometime 2016.
I want to dance naked under the Harvest Moon like a true hedonist! I've always been drawn to the moon and it affects me in marvelous ways. My gentlemen callers will be quite pleased that the supermoon happens to come on the same evening as their appointments!! I look forward to the debauchery that will ensue!!
