or if he wants to stop drilling in Utak, because Bush signed order to allow it, nope don't have to do it.

When you were first elected and as tradition requires you have sworn the oath: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."
Article II, Section 1 of the U.S. Constitution reads: "No Person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States at the time of the adoption of this constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States."
There are numerous questions as to Obama's citizen status raising suspicion and doubt about Obama constitutional qualification to be president. To settle these questions Mr. Obama must produce proof of citizenship!
Documents that must be produced include;
(a) a certified copy of "vault" (original long version) birth certificate;
(b) certified copies of all reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham;
(c) a certified copy Certification of Citizenship;
(d) a certified copy Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity;
(e) certified copies of admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School; and
(f) certified copies of any court orders or legal documents changing his name from Barry Soetoro.
It is reasonable that these documents should be produced considering that his father is Kenyan, his adoptive father is Indonesian, and his grandmother claims to have been present at his birth in Kenya. If he is a natural born citizen then producing these documents should not be any problem.
These allegations will not go away until Mr. Obama produces proof to federal authorities and the public. If he will not do so voluntarily he must be compelled by every means available. You, as an employee of The People, have sworn an oath to support and defend the Constitution.
We The People are demanding you to make every effort, both public and private, to resolve this fundamental Constitutional question before 20 January.

I agree with the criticism that Obama will not be prevented from assuming power but I don't agree with the rational that they shouldn't do it or because people wouldn't like McCain becoming president in that fashion. Whoever would take his place is irrelevent in light of him not being eligible.
These type of petitions may represent nothing to some but it is important that we participate even if we know nothing will come of them. It gives us the moral high ground, when the time comes to take decisive action against the nations enemies, where we can say that we made peaceful attempts to make our concerns heard and were ignored. It also gives justification for any number secessionist movements and ideals.

Again I admire your idealism, but all of the things your talking about are not going to happen.
This is what you need to understand though. The people who have stolen America are not going to give it back on a technicality, not to say that Obama being impeached would give America back to its citizens. We are not going to "sneak" a patriot into office who will take our nation back like some naive Ron Paul supporters were convinced could happen. We also will not be permitted to undo what they have accomplished, in this case getting Obama elected, with such nonsense as the rule of law (nonsense to the rulers that is).
Before we can take our country back we actually need to inspire a significant amount of people to actually have the courage to say what's on their mind, they need to be inspired to actually idenitify their enemy. That will be a big step toward freedom when it occurs.
The traitors in Washington are not interested in right and wrong. The media masters would not permit anyone with the power to go forth with the needed non-bias coverage to embark on this mission. Any politician who made a good faith effort toward what you are saying should be done would be accused of party politics, then they would be accused of racism. They would encourage the rabble to riot if Obama was disqualified. The unrest of the 60's and 70's did not just happen by accident, it was a calculated program that had the subtle and sometimes outright support of the media.
The fact is, and I say this all the time, our leaders are COWARDS. I mean the worst kinda cowards.
