TER doesn't have nude photos on it. There are however links to nude photos. Every photo you see on this site is because someone has posted or attached a link to the site that houses that photo. Note when you post on any board there is a place to include a photo link at the bottom of your post before you submit it.
Regarding more graphic photos such as bbbj and spread shots TER instituted a policy recently forbidding them on the photo board probably the ads too. They were allowed at one time. I don't believe they made a general announcement about it they simply informed providers of this when they posted such a photo. Then of course it became a topic for discussion on the boards. This restriction is now stated in the Discussion Board Guidelines in the Photo Board section.
I guess they were pulled for breaking the rules.
I guess now they've been alerted so maybe they will begin to hammer us.
